so he has left it that i see my midwife in 2 wks and see what she thinks. his answer was the baby could just be small.
but the measurments have not changed in 4/5wks since my last visit, but heartbeat is strong and movements are fine!!!
should i worry?
has anyone else had small measurements but the baby been ok?
i just read online that the uterus should match the # of wks you are and i should be 32/33 wks.

At eight months with my first pregnancy I have read loads of stuff about the birth but nowhere and no-one has described what it acutally feels like to have contractions. Is it like the bad cramp you can get in your calves but over a wider area, or severe stomach ache, or what? Serious answers only please. I have heard 'its like nothing you have ever had' so often.....I wondered if getting my legs waxed would be a good introduction to my pain threshold!....

My girlfriend was supposed to get her period from between this past Monday and tomorrow. She is just getting over being sick with the flu and bronchitis and would normally be feeling PMS by now. We took a FIRST RESPONSE pregnancy test on Tuesday night, which immediately came back NOT PREGNANT. I don't believe that she is late yet,she takes her birth control religiously but i am having a near heart attack over this. We are both one year out of college and are not even close to financially ready for a baby. Is First Response a reliable pregnancy test?

I am 40 weeks pregnant. I have tried sex and walking. I tried castor oil, but I threw up not 10 seconds after drinking it. Would an enema or laxative in pill form do the same trick? My cervix is soft but has not yet started to thin or dilate.

for example..i have been sleeping so much lately..i slept 22 hours the other day...also 19 hours..17 hours...sleeping abnormaly long...expecially for me..im usually the type of person who cant sleep that long..but i have been sleeping through whole days...i know people say there tired alot while pregnant...but is sleeping as much as i have been normal for being pregnant?

I was spotting very light pink/brown 2 days a go. I called my doctor, and though she did not seem overly concerned, she asked that I come in today for some bloodwork. Does anyone know what exactly she's testing for, if I will get results immediately and if she can determine that the baby's okay? I'm nervous. Thanks so much!! (I am 5 weeks pregnant, by the way!)

Having my period but can i still be pregant?
I had my preiod on like dec 29th and i had sex on the 7th of jan. But now i have a period again? and some people are saying u can get ur period and be pregant like that and its normal?. So could i be

im 12 weeks now. im starting to worry about the mistakes i might have made in the first trimester. Right after i found out i was pregnant i had a serious lung infection thing i went to a family doctor ( not ob/gyn) he gave me a Zpack of antibiotics. i told him im preg is this safe? ok theres that and then
-1 to 5 cans of diet pepsi a day (depending on the day)
-one time i took one dose of Azo urinary relief tablets
-about 4 times i took pepto bismo before i knew it was not an ok med.
-about 2 times i took Phazyme gas releif pills.
- at least for a couple weeks when nausea was real bad i only took my prenatal vitamin about every other day, instead of every day.
-before i knew i was pregnant i sat in a hot tub
-before i knew i was pregnant i was breathing in aerosol disinfectants at work ( after i foudn out i switched to spray kind only)
ok so is this bad? I didnt drink or do cigs or anything and i was already on vitamins before i even kenw i was pregnant.

Let's cnsider two uncontested medical facts: 1. The fetus is ALWAyS the blood type of the father. No exceptions....if the father is AB negative(for example) , so is the fetus 2. The human body cannot have two blood types at the saame time, you're either A positive or AB negative or whatever. Can't be two. So if the mother is O positive (for example) and the fetus is A negative (for example) that fetus is NOT part of the mother's body. It is a separate human being simply using her body to grow. If you kill it, it's murder.
