About the only REAL thing it means is that you can't spell the word "DOES".

It is hard to answer this. As some people say that when you are pregnant dreams can come true but you don't even know for sure that you are pregnant. It does seem strange that your boyfriend also had that dream. Did he tell you that before you had the dream. Because he could have put the thought in your head

When I was pregnant I had a dream about what my daughter would look like, and I swear she looked exactly like she did in my dream!! No joke!! My mom had a series of still births before I was born, when she was pregnant with me she had a dream about a huge tree that had totally dryed and shriveled up but on the top branches there were three big beautiful fruits. We are three sisters now, so she feels like that dream was a way of God telling her everything was going to be okay and that she would have three healthy kids. I guess your dreams might mean something, just think positively and if you want kids than maybe its a great thing!!

Generally, the dream from a medical view has no meaning. Some women have reported knowing that they are pregnant early and have reported dreams. This is not common. Go and get a pregnancy test kit, or see your MD for a quick easy test.

During pregnancy such dreams come . If your boy friend had the same dream, it is going to give you a prophesy that you will give birth to twins. It is a good omen. Be a nice woman and have double pleasure. I may tell you that before I married my wife, I had seen her in my dream and during the dream some one told me that she is your wife. I swear that I had never seen my wife before. She was living i n a different city. I mean to say that dreams are prphetic and they give prophesy to foretll us that some thing is going to happen. Good Luck.

Oftentimes, your dreams reflect what is going on in your subconscious...if you worry about it more....you're more likely to dream about it!
I am 39, single, and reaching the age of not being able to have a baby, and I keep dreaming that I am having a baby at the hospital (sometimes a girl, sometimes it's a boy). Unless I achieve the immaculate conception, I'm NOT pregnant!!

Some women dream about pregnancy before it is suspected or confirmed; certainly their body is aware of the condition before any symptoms would be detectable. but if you think you aren't pregnant, check out the post "pregnancy and babies in dreams" at

Dreams are just your mind's way of sifting information. I'm 8 months gone and have crazy dreams about my pregnancy. I'd go mad if i thought they held any relevance to real life.

Maybe its the one thing you'll dread if you are pregnant. Buy a dream book that will tell you all sorts.
