The first two guys are correct. It is when a girl starts menustrating. Has nothing to do with a certain age. Some girls start at an early age, some at a later age, some have a periodic one.

Whenever a girl begins to mestrate. This also means that it can be the month that she is expecting her first period, however, since she begins to ovulate before it even appears. There was a news show where a 10 year old who was being molested became pregnant before ever having her first period! You stop bearing children once you reach menopause.

From what I've heard- at any age. People told me that girls can get pregnant at any age because there sex cells are developed once there born and dye out when they get old. So yea.

As soon as you turn into a little women and your period starts, mine was 12 right before my 13th bday. But I was not sexually active at that age, thank god!

when u get a period. youngest ever recorded was a 5 yr old but that was in like the 20's in another country. the youngest i've seen with my own eyes is 9yrs old.
