I heard that if you are pregnant and you get strep throat that it can cause you to miscarry. Do you know if that is really true?

I am due on monday the 30th. I know that is just an estimate and I cant make him come that day and he will be here when ready..already heard all of it, but I want to at least try and get him to come. I have heard people say that you dont want to have a baby on a holiday or that close to one. I would understand christmas or something like that, but what is so bad about halloween. I mean at first he can have lots of halloween parites for his birthday, everyone can dress up and have fun. As he gets older if he doesnt want one its no big deal, we can have a normal party even if its a couple days earlier or later. I know 2 people who's birthday is on halloween and they love it, but I guess where its closer I hear other people saying that it wouldnt be a good thing. What do you think? I am open to any answers I just want to hear some of your opinions.

I am 6 days late. My cycle is always regular, even when I'm stressed. I took a HPT (First Response) it was negative. I went to Planned Parenthood and waited 2 hours to take a PG test and just incase UTI test both negative. At first they said they found a high level of white blood cells, so I had to see the clinician immediately because I had some infection and they needed to take a closer look. She checked me out and said everything was normal. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hrs and was seen for a total of 10minutes. I don't feel like I'm going to get my period. I feel slight cramping in the middle of my lower abdominals and usually my period cramps are on both sides and severe. My nipples started to feel a bit tender a week or so ago and now my breasts are really sore. Usually all of my period symptoms excluding the cramping show up a week before my period, but I'm never nauseous. I've been feeling nauseated, gaining weight, and very tired even though I haven’t done anything. And the Dr. told me that even though it didn’t look like my period was coming as of that day it was for sure coming. She also said that in the 30 years of being a clinician she’s noticed that cycles are irregular in the month of October because of weather change, but I’ve looked and asked and haven’t found a reliable answer for that. I guess what I’m asking is, can the weather truly affect your cycle and should I just keep waiting. I don’t want to find out that I’m miscarrying or something else is terribly wrong with me. I have no medical insurance and Planned Parenthood seemed to just get hurry through my screening without answering why I needed to get checked if and then telling me I’m okay. I’ve been getting my period since I was 9 and I’ve been pregnant 7 times (2 ectopic, 4 miscarries, 1 abortion) and I was always able to find out when I was 4 weeks along. I don’t understand what is going on. Please someone give me some advice. I’m so confused and after my experience with Planned Parenthood yesterday…extremely depressed. I’m not even going to go to work today…again.

My boyfriend and I have been trying to have a baby and so i stopped taking my birth controll and we did not use a condom. I was wondering when i should take the pregnancy test because i am getting anxious and i have taken one and it said i wasn't but i have been having the following symptoms; naseua, constepation, headaches, lower back pain, fatigue, and my lower stomach seems to be getting harder. I am supposed to start my period today or so but I am always irregular, so should i wait a week to take the test? what should i do?

My doctor had told me that I am 25w 5days, but i had an ultrasound today and the ultrasound measured the baby to be much larger than what a 25w baby should be. I was looking on line to see about weight according to week and he is 2lbs 9oz which would make me more like 29-30weeks. Is it possible that I could be a month off?

we already know that the doctor said the babys head is down,just wondering why she feels all this pressure she cant even stand strait.there is no pain.just pressure it looks to me like her stomach droped. just to let you all know i had csections and my babys never turned .thats why im asking what does this mean.is it almost time?

I am nine weeks pregnant today and the other day I noticed some blood on my panties, anyways I called the doctor and she had me come in and did an ultrasound and the baby was fine and his heart was just beating away, but I still spot every so often and not a lot at all, anyways my question is has this happened to anyone and did you have a healthy baby or did you miscarriage?

Ok here is my story my girlfriend who is 19 had her last period on the 22nd of sept. but she was early She is now worried that she may be pregnant because she has not had her period and her usual cycle in on the 25-26 of each month. There is a slim possibility she could be pregnant we have had sex twice since both times with condoms and neither time did i ejaculate in the condom i also checked the condom afterward to see if it had burst and it didnt either time. But it is a common thing for me to satisfy her with my fingers and i know you cant get pregnant with your fingers but sperm can stay alive for 3 days and there was a possibility that it could have been exposed to my fingers thoughout the month but it was never noticeable on my hand or should i say i never had a hand full of sperm it would at least be a day.... any ideas to if she could be pregnant and yes we are getting a pregnancy test just in case...

It was the last day of her period because the next day, she pretty much was done. we didnt use protection and We kept going until I was finished. but she told me that she was still on her period and it couldnt happen. but what ive read, says that the ovulation period is at the end or after she is done with her period. Is there a high chance at her getting pregnant? even though she was on her period but it was at the end and she knew she was still cycling, can it happen? I need some answers, thanks

My husband and I have been trying for a baby, the thing is that we want one so bad maybe we push it a little (i know it's bad) the question is that about 2 months ago before I took a pregnancy test and it came out a very DARK nevagive!! ..About two or three days ago I took another one and it was a still negative but it was very very light for some reason...It was the same type of test taken the same way..and the reason I took the second one was because..latley I've been feeling very sleepy tired, I cry for absoulutly no reason, my mood swings are driving my poor husband off the wall, and I had experienced some nausia. So should I give it some more time, is it true the baby is just forming so I took the test too soon? Help me out here..! Thanks in Advance for taking the time to read this..!
