I am nine weeks pregnant today and the other day I noticed some blood on my panties, anyways I called the doctor and she had me come in and did an ultrasound and the baby was fine and his heart was just beating away, but I still spot every so often and not a lot at all, anyways my question is has this happened to anyone and did you have a healthy baby or did you miscarriage?

I spotted when I was about 8 weeks along with my second child. He is 6 years old now. He was born 7 pds 11 oz, 21 inches long, healthier than can be!!!!

I know it's scary, but relax and don't stress over it. Just keep your doctor informed on what's going on.

Good luck Mommy!!!!

I have a daughter of almost 3 and she is my first and only. When I was 8 weeks pregnant, I had more that spotting, I was bleeding for a whole week as if I had my menstrial cicle. And then when I wa 14 weeks pregnant it happened again. I had a C section and a 3.4kg baby, she is more than normal and I would say you have nothing to worry about if the doctor said you are fine.

With my last child I still had a full period for the first four months of pregnancy. It happens sometimes. My baby was fine. I did go on bed rest for the last 2 months because I was dilated and contracting early. I was put on procardia to stop the contractions. He didn't come early and the kid weighed 10 lbs. I gave birth to a toddler! No fair.

My sister has had 3 children and has bled with each of them. The last one, she ended up with a ruptured placenta and went into early labor, however, all 3 babies were born perfectly with no problems or abnormalities. I have also known people who said they had normal periods for several months before learning that they were actually pregnant. If you've checked with your doctor and there was a problem, they should've been able to detect it at that time.

That happened to my sister-in-law, throughout her entire pregnancy. She had a healthy boy in August. Everything turned out fine for her.

My best friends mother spotted throughout her entire pregnancy. I know this because my friend herself is pregnant and spotted a little, but things are fine.

It happens sometimes.
