Well, you could already be in labor, although at the very beginning so it's mild. Call your doctor and ask when he/she would like you to go to the hospital. Although since you already know how many CMs you're dilated and how effaced you are, you probably just got back to from the doctor's office. If the doctor didn't seem very concerned, trust their instinct, but if your contractions get closer and closer together, like every 20 minutes, call the doctor...and if your water breaks just go to the hospital already.

Congrats to you! Isn't this the best?!
Any time--depends what "regular" and "contractions" mean. You've probably been having Braxton-Hicks contrax all along--these don't indicate labor. You'll KNOW when you have real contractions, they're totally different!!! If this is the case, talk to your doctor to be sure she/he is ok with you delivering at 36 weeks (every case is different, obviously). I seem to recall it's pretty easy to stop labor, and you might need to delay it for a day or two if you need medications ahead of time (e.g., if you're strep b positive).
Definitely talk to your doc. If they're not available, go to your hospital and explain your situation.

i'm sorry, yet you need to be this way for weeks. i might in basic terms commence 'hoping' for labour a minimum of previous 37 weeks, i would not do something to bring about it, yet some thing approximately desiring a toddler out at 36 weeks is in basic terms somewhat too prepared for me.

if your contractions are regular then yes it wont be long now. Once they start getting stronger and longer then it is time to go to the hospital. Good luck and hope that everything works out for you!
