Are you breastfeeding?
Some breastfeeding mothers don't get their cycles back until many months postpartum. Some don't get their period back until they wean.
(For me, 10 mos PP, 9.5 mos PP and 16 mos PP until my cycles returned while breastfeeding.)

Yes. I had a c-section, and bled for almost 8 weeks. Then I didn't bleed for another 3 weeks, and then my period came. I have a friend that doesn't get her period at all the entire time she breastfeeds though. She nursed each of her 3 kids for 18 months, and didn't have a period the entire time! Lucky! LOL! Your body has to adjust. Give it time.

Are you breastfeeding? Because if you are then it is normal. I didn't get mine until my son was 5 months old.

If you are breastfeeding it is. If not, I would say that your body still needs time to recover.
