A set of conjoined twins was delivered yesterday in Vancouver Canada. Parents named them Krista and Tatiana. They are connected at the head and share portions of their brains which will make separation hard if not impossible.

It's a tough decision, but would you carry to term knowing you were carrying siamese twins, especially when there was small chance of their being separated?

These people will come on here and ask questions about abortions, or want people to sympathize with them and feel sorry for them because they feel its their only choice. I realize we don't know the whole story but is abortion truely the right choice? I think it should be illegal to get an abortion. If you are irresponcible enough to have unprotected sex, or end up getting pregnant, I think you should own up to your responcibilties. There are people out there that can't have a child and would love to take the child and rasie it. But by getting an abortion you are depriving the child of life as well as cheating families out of a chance to have a family.

Wondering why they don't just give women a ball park figure instead of a date? It's so much b.s. People go over, people come in under. A healthy pregnancy can end anywhere between 37 and 43 weeks. Due dates can make a person feel bad, if early and just plain miserable if late late late. What do you think?

she's confused whether the 2nd dose should be taken orally or vaginally, and she's been told to take 400 mg by her doctor, but we heard that after 8 weeks it should be 800 mg taken vaginally?

which one is right? she already knows all the information about abortion and using mifepristone and misoprostol, and only wanted to know about the misoprostol dosage and route.

please help.

It is my close friend. She always says that she is "physically" OK and has indicated that she does not want to speak about it much. However I feel talking about it and crying would give her closure - not clamming up.

I am also afraid she may be afraid to concieve again. Any suggestions, since I know she does want another child (she already has a 2.5 year old)

Hello... just curious, is there a time during the day/evening that is better to have sex when trying to concieve? And should it be once a day, twice a day... just curious... my husband and I have been casually trying to concieve for the past couple months and we havent had any luck... we got an OPK to try this time, and it was crap!!! It's the Answer brand... it detected an LH hormone for him!!!??!?!?! b/c we knew it wasn't working we just wanted to see how badly.... and other reccomendations???

I am 19 and have been on the pill for about 2 years. iv been with my boyfriend for 4 years. He is the only person i have slept with and im the only one he has. my period was 2 days late and it has always been regular. i also normaly have cramps for a day when i start but it has lasted 4 days so far(today is day 4). also my period is iregular. its dark red/black, thicker and is lighter than usual. iv'e been surfing for answers on the net but different sites contradict each other. so im very confused. i no it does happen but is it happening to me?
I would be so gratfull for anyones advise.

I took your advice and did a home pregnancy test on Tuesday morning which was positive, I went to the doctors on Wednesday and had it confirmed. I am the happies woman alive even with the back pains, heartburn, sore boobs and the wanting to sleep for a week!!! Thanks again x

I have been feeling sick some mornings, am very tired, have a strange taste in my mouth and food tastes weird, plus I'm going to the gym and eating healthily, but not losing any weight. i am 6 weeks pregnant and i know its a bit early to think about maternity leave, but i work part time in a high school.
as i work ina school and only get the set holidays when the school is closed this means i will be on maternity leave throughout 2 sets of holidays(the summer, 6 weeks) and october(2 weeks).
does this mean i wont get holiday pay but just the materninty pay which is less than my wage

for the past 3 months my period has only lasted 5 days. Ever since i started when i was 12 it has lasted 7 days. now i'm 20 and it is only 5 days. Is this normal? i've takin alot of HPT's but they were negative. Has this happened to any one else? I thought my body was done changing.
