In the form of nutrients that are carried in your blood stream. Works the same way as when you eat something. Eat a lot of cake and candy, it goes right to your bum and hips. Same with baby. Eat healthy, be healthy, so you can have a healthy baby.

The baby does not eat any food in the womb. Nutrients are provided through the umbilical cord.

what the dr. told my wife is.......... anything that the mother eats the baby pretty much eats, if you are looking to make sure the baby is getting vitamines, try eating more fruits and vegetables... and red meats. Also peanut butter is a good source of protiens and vitamines. Never believe the old wise tell that you are eating for two, yes you have a baby inside of you, but actually you are only eating for one. you might want to try to eat foods also with folic acid.

lots of people will say that the toddler gets the meals yet it quite is in simple terms stupid, in case you consume some tuna the toddler won't consume the tuna as nicely lmao the mum breaks down the tuna, takes each and all the goodness out of it then that goodness or notwithstanding gets to the toddler. it quite is like if she liquids cola the toddler gets extremely the caffeine, no longer the quite drink :) yet particular blood, meals ( in a fashion ) and each little thing else, like if she smokes or takes drugs.
