Hello... just curious, is there a time during the day/evening that is better to have sex when trying to concieve? And should it be once a day, twice a day... just curious... my husband and I have been casually trying to concieve for the past couple months and we havent had any luck... we got an OPK to try this time, and it was crap!!! It's the Answer brand... it detected an LH hormone for him!!!??!?!?! b/c we knew it wasn't working we just wanted to see how badly.... and other reccomendations???
Thank you for taking the time to read and answer my question... any help would be great!!! (As I have said before in my posts, we arnt telling friends or family, so I don't really have anyone else to talk to about stuff) we want it to be a surprise!

I would think at any time of day. The important thing is to relax about it and just let it be natural. I think that you can stress yourself into not getting preg. Make sre you are laying down with your bum proped up on a pillow after to ensure that those little guys can do their work. Also, my husband and I got pregnant very easily by both orgasming at the same time as the cervix will dip down into the semen. Enjoy your love making now while you are trying as you will have much less time to do so in a few months(hopefully). Good luck!!!

Get a fertility monitor for you. It will tell you when you are most fertile and try then. There usually isn't day and night though, it can be any time of day. But one thing that does work is when he does ejaculate inside you, lay down on the floor and put your legs up on the couch or something similar to have your legs above your head. This helps the semen stay inside and helps it get to your eggs easier.
Good Luck.

OK, THE ONLY THING I CAN tell you is this. (sorry for the caps). if you are trying to conceived, less is more.
explain: dont have sex every day. doctors will tell you to have sex every other day to help with the chances.
also go to the pharmacy and they sell the temperature for mesaure the time you are ovilading. since a man's sperm stay in your system for 24 hours before it is disgarded, these are two methods when u will be able to conceived.
also if you continue to not be able to convience you mgiht have to go to the doctor and get both of you tested to make sure both of you guys hormones are working properly

make sure that a few days before you ovulate that he doesn't ejaculate (tell him that so he isn't while you're not around). The sperm become more abundant if they have not been released for a few days (48 hours) prior.
I would imagine anytime would be a good time of day as long as you're ovulating. (day 12-14)

Try at early dawn. Do it during the fertile period (usually 14 days before the next menstruation) .
