I have been feeling sick some mornings, am very tired, have a strange taste in my mouth and food tastes weird, plus I'm going to the gym and eating healthily, but not losing any weight. BUT I have had a period since my last sexual contact (which was not actual penetration but mutual masturbation, and I'm not entirely sure anything important got close enough to anything else important, if you know what I mean).

Just to clarify, I am one of life's panickers - if we'd had penetrative sex, we'd have used a condom and I'd still be panicking about possibly being pregnant!!! It's just that when I google my symptoms, it keeps coming up with pregnancy and I'm going mad!!

You wont do a test because you are scared of the answer but I dont think you are, if you have just started healthy eating and going to gym maybe the change in diet could be causing it also if you worrying yourself to much that can make feel sick too. If you miss your next period then defo do the test. Good Luck :o)

If you've had your period, AND you haven't had penetrative sex for a while: you're probably not pregnant. But better buy a pregnancy test just to be on the safe side. If you're under 16 you can get them free, and if not they're fairly cheap from Boots. Oh, and better get two so you can be 100% certain it gives the right result. Hope this helps.

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/Xfb0k

A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

Is your period late? I would wait and see if you get your period and if not, take a test. Thats the only sure way to know. If the est is negative and you still dont have your period have a dr do a blood test.

Have your blood glucose level checked. Diabetes can cause fatigue nausea and a strage taste in your mouth almost like rubbing alcohol.Good luck to you.

First of all dont panic....according to what u have stated its nothing much......cos u say u didnt have sexual contact. so the best way to verify would be to do a pregnancy test.

I think we need a more graphic explanation with diagrams so we can properly help you with this.

It sounds as though you are panicking for no reason, but it might be worth doing a home pregnancy test to make sure.
