how do doctors determine pregnancy with a vaginal exam??

The uterus changes size. The cervix softens a bit. Sometimes the cervix changes color.

The first method is a urine pregnancy test. The second way is with a vaginal ultrasound. Basically it looks like a Dil-do and they insert, then look for the fetus in your uterus.

I've never heard of that! They typically do a urine test or a blood test.

when youa re pregnant your cervix takes on a blueish color. that could be one way, they usually do a blood test.

THE CERVIX HAS A BLUE COLOR TO IT WHEN YOU ARE PREGNANT. IT ALSO LOOKS DIFFERENT.
