Pregnancy - September 2006

I am going to be a first time mom, and recently found out the baby is breech. I droped over a week ago and am growing more and more uncomforitable by the min/day. Any suggestions on things I can try to speed up the process and evacuate this tenant?

i had a late period on july 29th (that day i had protected sex). August 29th I believed i started another period (however the bleeding lasted one day).That day i had unprotected sex. I believe the slight bleeding was something to do with stress mesisng things up (in past ive come early , had late periods too - and two periods after eachother - all when ive been very stressed) It is now 25th September.Could i be pregnant? if so how many weeks woudl that make me.also could it show up in a blood test or a pregnancy test?

I'm currently 37.5 weeks with my first baby. My OBGYN wants to induce labor at 39 weeks due to my gestational diabetes, but I don't feel it's necessary. I just had an ultrasound that showed the baby was actually small for how far along I am, so macrosomia is not an issue, and I'm not having any other health problems. Is there a reason that they should induce when I haven't even reached my due date, or should I throw a fit?

I only have a few weeks left before I deliver and then my symptoms will be gone (or at least that's what happened last time!) In the mean time, I need to relieve the pain and sleep some at night. I cannot take any medication right now! Please help with any suggestions!!

I mean I am pregnant now and my skin is really starting to stretch..I have been using Cocoa butter lotion every night after I get out of the shower pretty much all over....I have been doing that since I found out I was pregnant just to get a head start on preventing stretch marks...but I am starting to get vague lines of them and I had heard of hemp. ...but I dont know what it is...Is it better than Cocoa butter....do you know if it will help with the stretch marks? Thanks in advance.

I am 35 weeks pregnant and my boobs are a size 36 D. I was a 34 B before I was pregnant. My boobs are still growing. Will they shrink back to what they were or will I stay the same after I have the baby. I wont be breastfeeding either, by the way.

I read that fetal movement can be felt starting 13 weeks(at the earliest). But I read that women are saying they fetal movement at 10 weeks even one saying it a 9 weeks, is it really possible to feel it that early? I thought I have felt movement at 12 weeks but not sure. Just wondering what your take on this issue is?

I am 24 yrs old and i have been trying to get prgnant for the past 6 mnths now. A friend of mine recently told me to get a message that maybe my uterus is too weak, or its out of place her sister went with this lady and she massaged her back and stomach for 1 week and became pregnant with in the month. I am stumped! Weeks of researching and my family/co-workers detest the names I've come up with...so it's back to the grinding stone.
I want to find uncommon but not unheard of baby names.
What good baby names can you come up with? I don't know if I'm having a boy or a girl. So send me some of each.

Has anyone out there ever been pregnant and started to cramp with no bleeding and then bleeding came along later?

I have been cramping since 8:30am and no bleeding. Some people say its round ligament pain but when I read about it online, it says the pain isnt' consistent and goes away.

I'm somewhat worried cause I have been consistently cramping for about 6 hours and no bleeding so I'm not sure what I'm going through.

Just wondering if there is a possiblity that I may eventually have a miscarriage since the pains arent gone or going away and I've had a miscarriage before but there was no cramping.

Has anyone went through cramping first without bleeding and still had a miscarriage?

im 37 weeks pregnant and have been having mad false labor pains. i timed the contractions for 2 hours last night....they started at 10 mins apart exactly and were just uncomfortable and progressed to really really painful contractions that i couldnt ease no matter what i tried and i couldnt hold a sentence with my husband through and they got to about 3-4 mins apart. i was sure i would be going to the hospital last night. i had my husband call the dr and by the time we heard back from her...this was at 3am it took a few pages to wake her believe it or not....the contractions started shifting backwards to about 5-7 mins apart and lasting just over a min. so she said just to try and get some rest and go to the hospital if they are 2-3 mins for a good hour....so is there any good way to know when i am having false labor and when it is real labor? cause i have a 2 year old and i dont want to call and wake my sister at 2am to come over if its not for real....

I'm 18 weeks pregnant, and for the past couple of days I have been having pains in my tailbone area . . has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal? . . My mom said that I will probably carry my baby low, which is what's causing this pain . . is that true, or just something she made up?? . . any suggestions as to what I can do to ease the pain??
