You need to be ovulating in order to get pregnant. The average women only ovulates once every 28 days and your window of opportunity to get pregnant is about 3 days within that 28 day cycle. You have to know when you're ovulating in order to make sure you'll get pregnant. The best book to read about how to learn about your specific cycle is called "Taking Charge of Your Fertility". Not all women have a 28 day cycle, which means you could be having sex at the wrong time in your cycle which is why you aren't conceiving.

in order for u to get pregnent u must have an active sex organs and working just fine..,then u must have sex with a male and then u should get pregnent,and if still having sex and not being pregnenet it may take a while,try to get the semen of the male which is the white mucus like substace that he ejuculates inside ur vergina deep down,or u can tell him to ejuculate in a cup and then u pour the semen careferully deep down inside ur vergina and then let nature and gravity do the rest..,and good luck.

Depends on if you have health issues or not. We all know the way to get pregnant is to have sex so I won't go there. If you are having trouble getting pregnant, I suggest talk to your ob.

Interesting question. Most women are trying not to get pregnant.
If the partner you have is not doing the job, you might try another. Preferably one with excellent genes.

Go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and just put in your period info and it will caculate when you will be fertile and ovulating.
Just relax and have sex on your fertile days....
