I only have a few weeks left before I deliver and then my symptoms will be gone (or at least that's what happened last time!) In the mean time, I need to relieve the pain and sleep some at night. I cannot take any medication right now! Please help with any suggestions!!

hi Gnostic, happy to verify you decrease back! i think of what you're doing is quite candy, yet are you particular Pangel would quite choose you to try this. She looks like the form who would want to rebuild her profile on the earned benefit of each and every question and answer and not on the biased votes of people who adore her. I have not have been given any concern with starring her question if that is one that makes me do a double take or provide her a thumbs up while she has incredibly hit the mark. whether, dealing with all of her Q&A and awarding stars and thumbs indiscriminately is extremely a sophomoric ingredient to do. I truthfully have a tricky time believing that Pangel would approve, nevertheless i'm purely approximately useful that she does no longer scold you for it (she is a sweetie!). by making use of the way, Pangel is many stuff, however the martyr form she isn't! She admitted in considered one of her questions that she did destroy the regulations somewhat recently and that's probable component to why she have been given deleted. I understand her much extra for that, by way of fact she isn't purely mind-blowing yet in addition keen to admit while she has made a mistake. I say we help Pangel as we would the different buddy who has had a tricky knock, yet on the comparable time, i actual doubt that she would go with people thinking she purely have been given decrease back to the appropriate by way of fact of overzealous friends and not by making use of her own advantage. nutrition P.S. Your new avatar is so mind-blowing. that's sturdy to have you ever decrease back!

There are finger exercises that relieve the symptoms somewhat, place the tip of your thumb to the top of your index finger on the same hand and slowly run the length of your index finger with your thumb, doing so to each finger, do this several times with each hand if both are affected with CT. Also stress balls used to exercise the hand helps to. Hope it helps you.

Massage Therapy works wonders. I have clients with CTS and RSI. I specialise in remedial massage therapy and highly recommend it. However you cannot be massaged on or too close to your abdomen during the later stages of pregnancy!
