I mean I am pregnant now and my skin is really starting to stretch..I have been using Cocoa butter lotion every night after I get out of the shower pretty much all over....I have been doing that since I found out I was pregnant just to get a head start on preventing stretch marks...but I am starting to get vague lines of them and I had heard of hemp. ...but I dont know what it is...Is it better than Cocoa butter....do you know if it will help with the stretch marks? Thanks in advance.

Hempz is a lotion that you can buy in salons or ebay. It is truly awesome lotion! It's the most moisturizing stuff Ive ever used! it has a hemp extract in it, but it has no effects of getting you high, it just moisturizes (unlike strait marijuana) I stongly reccomend that you try it, I don't know if it will be better than cocoa butter, but its definetly less greasy and smells better! They also have a full line of hair products that are great too!

No matter what you do, you might get some stretch marks. Genetically, some women have less elasticity in their skin than others. You might only get a few, and they might be small, but don't feel like you used the wrong lotion if you get them. When I was pregnant with my first daughter the doctors and nurses were always telling me that if I was religious with coco butter it would prevent the stretch marks, and I used it every day. I still had horrible stretch marks. With this pregnancy I haven't gotten any new ones just my old ones became prominent again.

Both hemp and cocoa butter help your skin absorb and maintain its moisture, which is how its able to stretch without causing marks.

neither will prevent or keep you from getting stretch marks. Your skin is genetically programmed to either be stretchy and thicker, or thin and tighter which leads to marks. Its baised on family traites, and cant be prevented by lotions.

Now, the lotions you use do help to keep your skin healthy and moist and conditioned, all of which help it do the best it can to stretch as easily as possible.

Just stick with what you're using.

Greater than 75% of women develop stretch marks during pregnancy. As you put on weight, the abdomen (stomach) is gradually stretched further and further, usually causing stretch marks to appear in the sixth or seventh month. Stretch marks can also appear on the thighs, and on the breasts as they get bigger and heavier.
You can help prevent pregnancy stretch marks by taking preventive measures such as rubbing your belly several times a day with specialized creams and oils that contain cocoa butter, vitamin E, vitamin A, and other all natural ingredients. Rubbing your belly in a circular motion with these products helps improve the elasticity of your skin and therefore helps prevents stretch marks appearing.

I tried every coco butter in the book and still got stretch marks ( there not bad tho) I have always wanted to try that Bio oil or stri vecten (whatever is called) there so expensive that they should work. Oh yeah, I also heard Mederma was good for existing stretch marks.

Hemp is weed! Don't be rubbing weed on your belly! Look all that cocoa butter bull **** isn't true anyway. I never got stretch marks on my belly. You either are lucky and don't get them or you get them! I was fortunate not to. Now if I could take the last 10 lbs off I'd be alright! LOL

There is no magic stretch mark cream, it is psychological. It does help a small degree but it will not stop or prevent them.

Cannabis. Yeah, actually, it really does work. I used it after I gave birth to my daughter, considering I only started treating stretch marks a week before I gave birth, and it actually worked well.

hemp is weed, pot, chronic. Its just that in the lotion form, it won't get you high, just not sure if it will effect any part of you internally...so be careful.
