I am going to be a first time mom, and recently found out the baby is breech. I droped over a week ago and am growing more and more uncomforitable by the min/day. Any suggestions on things I can try to speed up the process and evacuate this tenant?

You didn't mention how far along you are...if you still have a few weeks to go, you have to hang in there and not do anything to bring on early labor.Often breech babies correct themselves, or your doctor can sometimes turn the baby around him/herself before you go into labor.I know you're uncomfortable, but try to relax, check w/ your doctor, and let your baby tell you when he/she is ready! Good luck!

Don't!!! Just take it one minute at a time. Be sure to walk and drink lots of fluids. Breech babies are usually born with a C section and your Dr. is the best resource for information,

If your baby is still breech, he needs as much time as you can buy to get him into the correct position, or you may end up having a caesarian. It's uncomfortable, and you are ready to get the show going, but just hang it there. It will make your labor that much easier.

There is nothing you can do. I tried everything with my first baby. I was 2cm dilated at 32 weeks and 4cm at 36 weeks and I delivered 3 days before my due date. The baby will come when ready. It does stink because it's some uncomfortable and almost unbearable..but hang in there. Hopefully it will happen soon for you!

Um, has your doctor talked to you about having a breech baby naturally? You don't want to force labor! He/she either needs more time to try and turn or you may need a c-section. Please talk to a doctor about this!!! And if you have, try to find another one!

Just let nature take it's course. Breech babies are usually delivered by c-section. Congrats by the way!!

Plenty of things, walking, sex (yes sex), I heard walking on a sidewalk one foot up and one foot down helps cause it opens you up. heating pads on your nipples, rubbing primrose oil on your cervix (or your hubby), drainking black and blue cohursh (its gross tho) having suction done to you nipple (make it part of the sex), stipping your membranes (I forget how to do this but you can look it up online). I am sure they are plenty more I just can't think of anymore now hope this helps

usually hot food (curry)_, hot bath and hot sex, but if it's breech, chances are you'll need a c-section.

Good luck
