Pregnancy - July 2006

i have called my dr and he says all is well. my hubby says the same. my friend says its growing and i probably wont feel it move. did anyone else have this happen or have any ideas?? i havent felt it move for 2 days im getting very nervous.

Damn I'm scared about everything. I don't want to lose my baby. I am trying not to stress but its hard. I have had one misscarage and i'm scared it will happen again. I think i will be fine though.

OH NO my younger brother is pregnant and his stomach is starting to show! How can guys even get pregnant? He's been throwing up all the time and all the pregnancy tests are positive. How should he tell our parents???

I am 40 weeks this Thursday. I have been having contractions for the past 2 days. Usually 5-7 mins apart and lasting about 1 min. But then they get further between as well. But they are a bit worse than mild but not severely intense. I was told I was in early labor 2 weeks ago. That the baby was head strong down, and 2-3 centimeters dilated. Then the other night when I returned to the hospital because of the contractions they said I was still only 3 centimeters and my cervix was high. I had walked for 6 hours prior to going in as well as an hour there. My waters still not have broken and I have constant pain and pressure in my vaginal area. Been tested and have no vaginal infections. Now I am a few days from due date and none of the natural ways to induce my labor are working. I heard castor oil can harm the baby severely. I feel like my labor is going backwards, help?

I have always felt very confident in my body but now that I am nearly eight months pregnant I feel so fat. Today I went shopping and came home crying because I cant quiet looking at how perfect other womens bodies are and cant stop feeling depressed that my body wont ever be back to normal. Has anyone else ever felt like this???

Please dont' hate me for asking this question. I know it's terrible and very UNpolitically correct. I'v had 3 miscarriages and now I'm pregnant for the 4rth time. I don't do pregnancy well AT ALL. I get very sick, very irritable, VERY depressed and start hating my husband and thinking I made a mistake to marry him. This of course makes me very scared of having a baby and being STUCK with him forever. I don't feel this all the time or every day even, but every few days, and enough to cause me great deals of guilt and anxiety. My husband does nothing wrong, honestly, the worst thing he ever does is once a month he goes out with his friends and comes home an hour later than he says he will. But his very presence aggravates and depresses me. I don't feel sexually attracted to him and I'm angry that he says the stupidest things and wear the most unflattering clothes. I feel terrible that this poor baby somehow senses that I'm feeling trapped in this marriage because of the baby.

alright. I thought that i was pregnant, but i wasnt sure since i did not take any test but my period was 2/3 weeks late so i figured i was pregnant. So today, i had a lot of liquidy discharge that was watery, and later i had a heavy period thats still continuing. What i was wondering is did i have a miscarriage? or is this just a really late period? what should i do next?

My wife is 7 months pregnant and is suffering from really bad heartburn. She has tried tagament, Rolaids and other over the counter drugs - to no avail!
Sure, there are much worse things she could have right now - but it is really making her life miserable and keeping her up at night.
Anyone have any helpful advice?

HG (hyperemesis gravidarum) is where you have excessive nausea and/or vomiting if you came this far to the question i hope you know what it is so you can help me get through this I am only in my first trimester and I feel horrible please give me any advice that could help me it is greatly appreciated.

hi..i just recently (7 days ago) began Aviane birth control pills...ive been taking them 7 days consecutively now...i began them the sunday i got my period...my period was heavy for 2 days then light on the 3rd since then ive kinda just been bleeding here and then a few hours after taking my pill i feel nausous ..is this break through bleeding ? i seem to bleed a little heavier after intercourse. has this happend to anyone else begining birth control for the first time?

Ok, I got BC almost 2 months ago now. I am now a week late on my period but I am still getting neg results on pee tests. I have had symptoms for a week of starting my period such as extremely tender breasts, cramping. The only thing that is strange is my veins in my boobs are really really visible. (BTW I am married and me and my husband are trying.) But anyone who has experienced this or may know what is possibly going on just let me know, your opinions are apprieciated. THANKS
