OH NO my younger brother is pregnant and his stomach is starting to show! How can guys even get pregnant? He's been throwing up all the time and all the pregnancy tests are positive. How should he tell our parents???

If what ur saying is true you should go to the doctor chances are hes not pregnant BUT there are cases like that were the stomach gros and the tests come out positive for males. This can happen when twins grow into eachother YES GROW INTO EACHOTHER in the womb and one dies and part of the baby is inside the other one and just stays there . They cant see it by x ray cuz this happens in the womb before the baby even develope bones. Eventually the body will start to reject the other one and yeah the stomach grows and the hormone level spikes wich makes tests come up positive. SO if what ur saying is true. GO SEE A DOCTOR. this could be fatal
and i'm serious this really does happen.

Hmmm. Well, let's see... Guys can not get pregnant. If his stomach is really "starting to show" he may have a bleeding ulcer, or problems with his pancreas or possibly even his liver. If he has taken a pregnancy test that is coming up positive, then it would be a false positive maybe due to use of marijuana. I would tell my parents that they need to rush him to the emergency room asap cuz he is a very ill young man!

Okay, if you are not just being stupid and you are serious (which I doubt) he needs to go to a doctor. I have heard of rare types of tumors that develop in the stomach and can cause positive pregnancy tests. Just for the record, a man CAN NOT get pregnant. . .he does not have the right equipment to carry a child.

By all means tell your parents! You can make big bucks and he can get into the Book of World Records and Ripley's Believe It Or Not. Why not make some money off of something that can't even happen! Oh, and grow up.....

Honey, boys cant get pregnant. If they could woman would be very happy. Its an impossible thing. your brother might have a flu or a virus. Get him checked out. But a sure thing is, he is not PREGNANT

It must be difficult to have both male and female genitalia. It should decide which side (male or female) will explain the pregnancy to your parents. Next time tell him to wear protection when he goes to bed... it will prevent accidents. :)
