A woman is most fertile days 14-17 of her period. So if you have a 28 day cycle it would be two weeks before your next period. Pretty much my doctor told me to go 1/2 way to your next period. Mine was 31 days and my dates were days 15-19. If you want to they have ovulation test available at Walmart, Walgreens, and other stores. These help you predict your most fertile days. Good luck.

If she is on the regular 28 day cycle-- day one being the first day of her period, then somewhere around days 12-17. Basically if you are on a fixed cycle, you will ovulate at mid-point.
BUT, how many people are exactly 28 days....?
If you are trying to get pregnant, pay attention to your cycle first to know your # of days. Another hint is that some women have a little pain/cramping on one side or the other during ovulation....

The most fertile time is when you are ovulating. Its usually 14 days after your period but this can be different for all women.

Between your two periods is when you ovulate or have an egg in your body so it can be fertilized. This is generally 15 days after your period. Semen though can stay in your body up to three days or longer. Remember though that a woman's period is particular to every individual women.

On the 14th day of her cycle but then again every woman's cycle isn't 28 days long..Like me mine are 30 days.
Go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and the length of your cycle and it will caculate when you will be fertile and ovulating.

it is approximately 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after. The cycle is very short.

I am now two months pregnant. It took many doctors visits and some medication but thank God I am finally pregnant. My doctor would always tell me to make love between 10 - 14 days after the first day of my last period.

i love how a guy answered this first.....
I believe it is a week before you get your cycle. you should be able to tell by your discharge and how much you produce.
