Each woman with each pregnancy is very different. If you don't have morning sickness, I highly suggest not looking for it. If you get sick and want some relief, eat a small amount of candied ginger - not too much cause that will make you feel sick too. One thing that worked for me were Tic Tacs - you know, those little tiny mints. Getting some fresh, cool air also helps too.

I didnt get morning sickness until I was about 8-9 weeks pregnant and had it for awhile, but typically women get morning sickness anywhere between 2-8 weeks after conception, so yes you can have morning sickness at 6 weeks. All women are different so it really depends on when and how long you get it. I know one lady who had a normal birth no problmes but she did having morning sickness all the way up until she had her baby.
