A pregnancy test can be taken up to 5 days before a missed period. You should use first morning urine as this contains the highest levels of the pregnancy hormone HCG.
A blood test though will show you are pregnant 6-7 days after conception.

it doesnt matter when the last time u had sex .it could be a day before u have ur period. actually u should miss ur period first for at least a week then have a pregnancy test . if u do it before u miss ur perdiod u will not get the right answer. good luck

Wait till you miss your period. I know it's scary, but you have to wait or you will waste alot of money checking and rechecking .
