I work 40hrs or more during a normal work week. iam 7 mos pregnant and there a days at work that a harder than others. when i dont feel 100% i ask to either leave early or take a day off. my boss does not understand how important rest is for me at these times. is there any laws that allow days off during pregnancy before maternity leave?

I have done almost everything possible that you are not supposed to do while pregnant. I have moved furniture and had sex really hard sex. Nothing seems to bring on hard contractions. I had a leep almost 2 years ago and they told me sex would trigger labor and cut me off at 5 months, at 37 weeks I emerged and had it again. Lost stress but no labor began. Now I have a nagging pain in my lower back and I feel like I am going to start my period with cramps in my lower stomach. I feel like I have a little trickle of something coming out of me and with my first baby I was induced. I don't know what actual labor feels like in the beginning. I am mostly worried about the creamy clear liquid that seeps out, It isn't alot at a time just small amount but all day long.I have used about 8 pantyliners since 7:00 am. I know this may be a little TMI but I need some serious advice, So Please anyone that has been through this HELP! My BF said she done the same thing and had a dry birth-PAINFUL!!! thx

I have been a dedicated and loyal worker for my company for 3 years. iam now pregnant (7 mos) and find i need days off sometimes to rest. my boss frowns upons this. i need to know if there are any laws protecting pregnant women in times like these.

With my first pregnancy my doctor prescribed me xanax because I have horrible panic attacks and my baby was very healthy but now I am reading more things saying that its not okay. I havent asked my new doctor yet, but has anyone else experienced this or know someone who has taken them throughout pregnancy? Please only answer if you know! Thanks

I am 31 weeks pregnant, and found out yesterday that the baby is breech.Does anyone know the odds of the baby turning to the head down position before 40 weeks.My Dr said she will do another ultrasound in 4 weeks, if there is no change I will reguire a c-section...I have had 2 normal deliveries and am very scared of having surgery.....

Okay, so heres the deal. Me & my boyfriend do have unprotected sex & use the "pull out" method. I havent had my period for July but I usually have it between the 1st and 7th. My period is usually light & lasts up to 4 -5 days. Its only the 12th I know. But Im having wierd pains in my stomach, not cramps. Im very moody & my breasts leak. Why they are I have no idea. But in a previous long-term relationship, I got pregnant & lost it. It may be to early to tell but should I take one?

Is it common for second time moms to be diated 3cms for long? With my first one, I went from 3 to delivery in under 24 hours!!
And now Im tired of waiting for the pain to start. Anything I can do to speed things up?

My mother seems to think I should wait until I am "at least 30" to have my first child. She had my two little brothers when she was in her 30's and seems to think she is a better parent with them.

I think that is the result of raising two other children before she had her second set of kids. She also had many miscarriages and hard labors when she was in her 30's. She had my brother and me when she was 19 and 22.

My husband and I have been together for 5 years. We want to have a baby soon, if I got pregnant soon then I would be almost 25 when the baby is born. My husband will be 27.

We have a house, cars, a paid off home loan, and excellent careers. What's so wrong with being 24, married and pregnant?
