Hi there,
Im 19 yrs old and 7 months pregnant with my first baby (its a boy)! and i want to keep in shape, could you guys give me some advice on some safe excercises. Like can i jog and run, do push ups and crunches?
I was skinny before about 125 pounds and now i weigh 156, But i just want too make sure i dont gain too much fat. So im just looking for some nice easy stuff that works if i keep doing it. ^_^
And is it true that exercise help the baby come out easier?

If the erection is not proper and at the sametime the semen passes into the girls body , is there any chance of getting a weak baby . Is the health of the baby depends a hard erection ejaculation or not . I passed my semen in a soft erected time .
Want to know is there any effect on the baby's health .

I have been sleeping with my friend for 2 weeks now. We have had unprotected sex multipule times and I have been feeling really sick for 3 days now and extremly tired all the time. My period usually starts between the 7th-9th & it has not happened yet and it is the 13th already. I can't be pregant can I? I don't know what to do if I am should I tell him?

i went for an ultrasound at an ultrasound clinic to see what my baby was... while i was there the lady asked me if i felt the baby... so i said no not really.... then she said well thats normal because your placenta is in the front... its nothing bad but it gives you extra cusion for the baby to kick... you will feel it more later... my doctor never told me that.... is that weird.... dont you think he should have been able to tell??? has it ever happened to anyone else?? i just think its odd..... what do you think?

I'm currently 12 weeks pregnant and REALLY need a job. I have an interview friday and I was wondering. Should I inform them that I am pregnant or should I wait?!
I don't want to get in trouble for not letting them know but I also don't want to end up on welfare, no offense to those people who are on it but I wouldn't feel right about it.

I recently had a blood test that showed I was not pregnant, however I have this "feeling" that I still am. I have not missed my period yet...I am due for it though this weekend. My blood test was taken yesterday ( 5 days before my period ) Any personal stories would be greatly appreciated!!

My husband is deployed and I have no family here. My closest family is over 500 miles away. They said they would come up here, but now say they can't (I expected this from them). I have no one here to help me, and I will be at the hospital by myself, and will probably have to drop off my 2 year old at the caregivers while driving myself to the hospital in labor. I will also probably have to carry the newborn out, in a carseat, with all our bags and everything else from the hospital because this military hospital doesn't believe in wheeling pain ridden, fresh from childbirth women out of the hospital. What can I do, I am scared and worried.

I wanted to breastfeed my first child, but after I had him, my milk still hadn't come in, so there was nothing for him when he tried. It came in 3 days later, but by then he was on the bottle and attached. I am due to give birth any day now and my milk still hasn't come in, and I would really like to breastfeed. No leakage of colostrum, no soreness, nothing. I had my first by csection, and will try a vbac with this one. Will this make a difference, and if it doesn't, what can I do?

Okay i have not gotten any sleep for days now!!! But there's a problem, i'm 5 months pregnant. That's why i haven't tried any sleeping pills or anything. But i can't take it anymore, i am so tired i can't sleep for longer than 30 mins. Is there anything safe out there for me? Remember i'm pregnant

Okay I am breast feeding my 9 month old. After I had her I didnt have my period for 4 months. Then after that I have had very regular periods. Now I am a couple days late. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it showed negative. I have had really bad cramping for about a week and half. I never cramp until the day of my period and it so bad that I always vomit. This would be if I am pregnant my 3rd so you would think I would know, but apparnetly I just a little stupid. So if you have any good advice please answer my question.

I am 34 weeks pregnant and I woke up today and my eyes were kind of swollen, later in the day my legs became swollen and also my feet. My ankles have been swollen before but not like this. I have also gained 5 pounds since yesterday. Is this normal or should I be concerned?
