has anyone ever had a blood test for pregnancy come back negative and you ended up actually pregnant?

I recently had a blood test that showed I was not pregnant, however I have this "feeling" that I still am. I have not missed my period yet...I am due for it though this weekend. My blood test was taken yesterday ( 5 days before my period ) Any personal stories would be greatly appreciated!!

I took several at home test that came back with different results. I had two that said negative, and one positive. So I went to my family doctor whose preg test came back postive. He then sent me to an ob/gyn. I then took another preg test there and it was negative. I then was give a blood test and that too came back negative. My ob then sceduled me for an ultrasound. There sure was a baby there, I was about 6 weeks pregnant and no missed period. I just felt sick like, i had the flu

i actually took 5 pregnancy tests and they all came back negative. The reason I took so many is cause like yourself I felt like I was pregn ant and low and behold I was. It is possible that the pregnancy test you purchase is defective. try going to another store to buy one. Since I myself went to the same store for the 5 tests and then went to a different store for the final and 6th test. I decided that the batch that was sent to the first store must have been defective cause clearly they were wrong.

i went to the hosptial like 4 weeks ago and they took a blood test on me and it was negative then i found out 2 weeks ago i am 7 weeks pregnant

tests arent always right...

wait til after your period..5-7 days and try again..with the First morning Pee

Yea, my sister's best friend... EVERYTHING came up negative and she was preggo....
