All Deep sea fish run the risk of mercury content
However farmed tuna ie SAFCOL tuna Farmed in Port lincoln South Australia is farmed in Boston bay so the mercury level is low. I know because i grew up near there.
Check out the habitus of the fish you seek this may help and if your still reluctant take 1gm Omega 3 Fatty acid suppliment daily to replace the fish

You can't eat any fish that has a high mercury content like swordfish, tilefish, blowfish, tuna, squid etc. Salmon and Tilapia are fine. Just don't eat fish more than 3 times a week. Your baby does need the vitamins in it. It will make him/her healthy. It has omega 3 fatty acids. It is said to make kids smart. Worked for my son.

I was so worried about the same thing. This is the from the site I used.
Here's a list of food you should avoid while pregnant:
Imported soft cheeses are usually best to avoid. Here is a short list of soft cheeses to avoid:
feta (goat cheese)
brie
Camembert
blue-veined cheeses, like Roquefort
Meats, poultry and fish to avoid while pregnant:
Hot dogs
Sausages
Deli meat
Under cooked meat like beef and chicken
Pates
Ready to eat cold seafood
Raw eggs and raw egg dishes
Raw seafood, especially shellfish
Swordfish
Tilefish
King mackerel
Shark
It's okay to eat other cooked fish/seafood as long as you select a variety of other kinds while you're pregnant or trying to become pregnant. You can eat up to 12 ounces (2 average meals) a week of a variety of fish and shellfish that are lower in mercury. Five of the most commonly eaten fish that are low in mercury are shrimp, canned light tuna, salmon, pollock, and catfish. Another commonly eaten fish, albacore ("white") tuna has more mercury than canned light tuna. So, when choosing your two meals of fish and shellfish, you may eat up to 6 ounces (one average meal) of albacore tuna per week.

Mainly for larger fish like salmon, swordfish, etc. The larger the fish, the higher the mercury amounts. Keep your seafood intake to 1-2 servings a week.

the way my doctor explained it to me, most of the fish you buy at the supermarket comes from "farms".. the fish are raised in captivity, fed certian diets, and thus reducing the risks of any murcery being in the flesh of the fish.. However, that doesnt hold true if you go out fishing and catch your own fish out of the ocean.. If the salmon, tuna, ect you buy is farm raised, your perfectly safe to digest it.. Im enclosing a link that shows you what fish are highest in mercury, and which ones are lower and safer :)

My mom told me that back in the 1950s pregnant women were encouraged to eat fish when they were pregnant because scientists believed that fish helped increase the intelligence of the children in the womb.
This turned out not to be true, but fish is generally good for everyone.

Not all fish, but any fish with high levels of mercury. Ask your Dr. for a list of fish that are bad to eat. And don't eat raw fish at all.
