Pick her up, smack the crap out of her, thn take her to a shrink!!!
Ask her how she intends to pay for it!
Make her a list! The next time you go the the store make a list of everything you need on a daily basis for a baby. Diapers, formula, cereal, food, clothes, bottles, toys, blankets, ababy bed, car seat, highchair, ect... If the sticker shock doesn't get her, be a real friend and call her every two hrs., I am talking night and day and wake her up! When we were in high school, we were given a raw egg, to are for as if it was a baby, you would be surpirsed how many of those eggs got broken before the end of the week! We had to take it with us every where! If we went somewhere that we could not take it we had to get a sitter, every thing just like it was a real kid!! It makes you be respomsible!!
You are a good friend to be so concerned about this, because it could lead to her doing something stupid that could ruin her life!
Keep up the good work! You sound like a smart girl!!

You should tell her that she is too young!! Though she may feel more mature right now...she needs time to be a kid! If she lives a bad life and only wants to have a baby so that someone would love her...help her to seek better solutions. Tell her that u understand how she must feel..if you do...but respectively tell her that she has a whole life ahead of her. Though she might think that having a child is a good idea right now..in the long run she may regret it. She needs you more than anything right now if u are her best friend!! Try to use your best judgement!! Oh an dgood luck hunny!!!

Tell her 12 year old bodies are physically mature enough yet to safely accomodate a baby. Giving birth at her age is harder than it is for older women and can mess her up. Seems to me like she is having some emotional issues that she is not expressing, as in maybe not feeling enough love or attention at home and is looking for it another way. Get her to open up.

You need to let her know about the pros and cons on getting pregnant at such a young age. Do some research. There is plenty on the Internet. Not every young child body can tolerate pregnancy. It can be fatal to some.

Ask her how she intends to pay for the doctor's bills, the medications when the baby is sick, rent, groceries, formula and diapers. Figure out a way that a 12 year old can do all that as she's not old enough to work full-time, and she's not old enough to sign a lease to rent an apartment. A baby is not a puppy and you can't just hand it to mom and dad and expect them to take care of it.

scare her with the reality of being a 12 year old mother.she will be stressed physically, emotionally, and finacially.her body will be all beserk and people will look at her funny.she will be only a child and she has no reason to rush her life.tell her to enjoy her life and if she really wants big responsibility soon,im sure her parents wouldnt mind buying her a puppy compared to a grand child.since youre her best friend you should be able to talk her out of it, because you dont want having a child turn into your biggest regret.

Try to get her to talk to an adult about it, if she won't, then you probably should. If she got pregnant that young it would really limit her options and interupt her life, it would be hard on her physically and could potentially cause her real health problems, also mothers that young are more likely to have miscarriages and babies with health problems a low birth weights, also premature babies. Plus, it wouldn't really be good for the baby to be raised by a mother who hasn't grown up herself. She needs to talk to an adult who can help her understand all that.

tell her, her type of people is the reason why we have poverty and more and more gang violence. Why hard working people have to pay taxes to support these useless people in society. Why the government can't use the money to fund new ways to develop technology, build schools, give more scholarships to poor people who study hard. instead they have to send checks to people who do no nothing for the world.
To make things simple, tell her she won't do nothing with her life, if she keeps up that mentality by the age of 16 I can almost garantee someone will abuse her or rape her.

tell her parents, they will give her one heck of a reality check. How is her home life? A lot of the young girls that want to get pregnant do it so they will have someone that will love them and need them. Does she have a support system at home, sit her down and have a serious talk with her and you can even involve an adult, maybe your mom and encourage her to talk to her mom.
