yes, you can purchase condoms. If you need free ones, your local health department will give them to you without any questions asked. In fact, many health departments keep bags of them that you can either just grab yourself or ask for at the front desk.

Actually the government encourages the purchase of condoms by younger children to prevent STD's so usually yes kids can buy condoms.

It doesn't say in the store that people under what age can't buy condoms, so I assume that everyone can buy it.

well they are in almost every bathroom you see so even if it werent legal for them to walk up to the counter and buy them...they could easily just go to the bathroom with 75 cents

where i live you can buy them over the age of twelve........but you can get them in bathrooms and stuff all the time.....................how old are you and why a question like this
