I had a tubal pregnancy that actually ruptured. When it ruptured I my stomach was hurting, but it did not actually hurt to go to the bathroom.

If you think you have a tubal pregnancy you need to go to the Hospital right away. I had to have emergency surgery when this happened to me and my doctor said I would have bled to death if I had not come in to be checked.

I have never had one, but I would assume that it would hurt regardless if you are or aren't going to the bathroom. If you have never been pregnant before, it is a bit crazy. You feel cramps, it feels sometimes like you're gonna start your period and sometimes you can feel down right awful. But here's the thing my OBGYN said, with the huge amount of changes in hormones your body goes through in being pregnant the first trimester, she would have worried more about me if I felt normal.

If you have pain all the time and through the week it gets worse, then I would see your OBGYN asap. If you go 2-3 weeks with the same amount of pain only on occasion, then I wouldn't worry so much, but alert your OBGYN. If you call him/her and speak to the nurse of your concerns, your OBGYN can call you back and let you know if it is normal or not.

Good luck.

If your lower stomach hurts while you are going to the bathroom it could be a sign of a bladder infection and you need to see your doctor ASAP.

i am not sure. Are you preg? If so call your doc. they will do an ultrasound if they suspect it. Sometimes if it is a normal preg the baby can just be pushing on the bladder or you might have an infection.
