how could i pull this one off? my gf has had cramps which are excruciating to her, as well as back aches and a little "break through bleeding" i was afraid it could have been an ectopic pregnancy for a while but im not so sure anymore. What could this be? The prob is, is that both of our parents can't find out about it because we'd both be in major trouble. I know thereare services at places like planned parenthood for this type of thing but would they also determine if she is ok in the rest of her body? and not just concerning her vagina?

I was wondering, will your body continue making milk as long as you continue pumping, even if your child is past "breastfeeding age" (whatever that is)? Does your supply decrease as your child gets older, no matter how often s/he nurses?

I'd love to hear about your experiences!

Watching my partner cut our son's umbilical cord was memorable, I'm really happy the midwife let him do it. I could have water and tea whenever I wanted, nobody tried to put me on my back, nobody shoved painkillers at me, and - best of all - I got to make a huge great big mess all over the bedroom floor which someone else cleaned up! :)

My partener had a baby 8 months ago. 3 months ago our baby was sick and was not nursing much so i helped out and drank some milk from her to relive the presure. we both enjoyed it and kept doing it. since then my period was very lite andi have missed 2 periods. Could the missed periods be from hormones in her breast milk

At our wedding my fiance and I are presenting each of our mom's with a single white rose (our Dad's are long out of the picture) I wrote this and it will be read at the beginning of the ceremony. I need honest critques of it. And should I read it, despite the fact that it will make me cry or should I have the pastor read it? (My fiance doesn't want to read it he doesn't like public speaking)

To our moms:
You've taught us so much in our lives. You taught us to walk and when we fell, you tenderly showed us how to stand back up and try again. You taught us to speak but also demonstrated how important it is to sometimes be quiet. You showed us how to learn and when we thought we knew everything, you reminded us that we did not. And one lesson you shared has helped bring us here, to our wedding day. For you are the ones who taught us how to love by loving us. On this special day we offer you a symbol of our gratitude for the years you spent teaching and loving. These roses

I have not had my period since May 18th and took a preg test today and it was neg. The beginning of June I started haveing period cramps but no period. I have been regular since having my daughter two years ago. Is it possible that I am pregnant even though I have waited this long to take a test and the results were neg? Please help! I am confused!

I know coffee is recomended to be drank only in moderation (or not at all). Just wondering if the same goes for Yerba mate, or if it has any other chemicals that may harm the foetus.

With all the kids that are in this world with out families why does it cost so much to adopt a child? It costs anywhere between 8,000-30,000 to adopt that is crazy. There are so many people that want to adopt and would be great parents but dont have that kind of money. Shouldn't we base adoption on the people not the money they can come up with. Not to mention some of the laws like single people can adopt (which is awesome) but if your marries most states passed a law that you have to be married 3 years minimum before beginning the adoption process..Thats bull.. I just dont think it should cost that much to give a child a loving and protective home...any thoughts???
