I had to give up breastfeeding for a while. I still pump and have an okay supply of milk, but my baby won't take the breast anymore. Do you have any suggestions?

If so.....you may want to reconsider.

Apparantly Nestle's Good Start Infant Formula with Iron was tested by the FDA, who found that the levels of calcium and phosphorus were not only below what the FDA requires, but also below what the product label states!

You should read this.....

I was breastfeeding but was hospitalized recently and had to start formula feeding, now my daughter is having really hard poops and her Ped. said that it should go back to normal really soon, but today it was so hard she cried for 1 hour after pooping. I don't know what to do. Please someone with more experience tell me what you think I should do?

My son has been eating cereals for about a month now, and i just introduced his first vegatable. i've looked at sites on the net and read books, but i cant find anything that says how many times a day you should feed your baby solids once they are started on them. do i feed him cereal three times a day and mix it with his fruits and veggies? or just one bowl, and a plain veggie later? what did you do with your baby? thanks!

I have a pregnant friend who was feeling little "jumps" in her belly. She asked her doctor what it could be and he told her the baby had hic-ups... I didn't think that was possible since hic-ups have to do with breathing and babys technically dont breathe yet, or do they? I don't know, is it possible for babys to hic-up in when they're sill in their mother's belly?

I just want to know if any of you mothers out there go through this too. My baby is gonna be 2 months old this Friday and HATES her car rides! I have to get her in the car first thing in the morning to take her to grandmas so I can work and she is usually good until about 10 minutes into the drive then she starts crying. I put a pacifier in her mouth but she almost all the times spits it out. I make sure that she is fed well before I take her anywhere and she doesn't have a dirty diaper. I sing to her, play the radio, talk to her. Nothing soothes her. Then, when I have to get her home in the afternoon after work, (which by the way, her fussy time is everyday around 3p.m and I get off at 5p.m.) she cries all the way home. I live about 15-20 minutes from home. I feel so bad. She cries sometimes so bad, you can hear the spit in her throat gurggleing and it scares me that she is going to choke. Any advice? Similar situation happen to any of you? I feel bad but I have to work to support her
