NO!! I was given a pamphlet from the hospital and it said to only use thawed breastmilk for that one time then pitch the rest. Also to thaw the milk in the fridge not in hot water. I always pulled a couple of bottles out of the freezer the night before and let it thaw overnight in the fridge. I hope this helps.

I believe you can use it for the next day. However, you can't use it past 24 hours. It was frozen and then thawed, so you can't freeze it again. It is not sick that you are asking that question. It is a very good question and should be handled with care.
I got my information by looking up this on the web: breast milk storage after frozen and got this link:
Breast Milk Handling and Storage Guidelines
Good luck on breastfeeding! It's the best you can give your baby.

Apparently, you can, IF it's a portion in a different container from the bottle she's been drinking from:
"Discard leftover milk. Don't think twice about it--throw out any milk that your baby doesn't drink. Drinking from the bottle introduces bacteria from your baby's mouth and can contaminate the milk."
The goal is to store the milk in 2 to 4 oz portions, so there's as little waste as possible.

Well, it depends on if you heated it up already. If you did it's probably not a good idea because once milk is heated up it will sour quickly. However if you just let it thaw I'm sure it's OK.

If you have already thawed it once before I wouldn't chance it!
If you are able to express more milk I'd go with the sure thing...give her some fresh milk or milk that is still in the freezer.
It's not worth it!!

If it was frozen, it needs to be used within 24 hours from when it was thawed.
If she has already drank out of that bottle, it needs to be used within 4 hours.

Not if she has already been drinking on it.
That goes for formula too.
