as we all know, valentines day is coming up.
i dont know what to get my boyfriend.
we are both 12, and we actually do go out, its not just a at school thing.
i want something kinda original to give him.
he is like most guys, likes football, basketball...ect.
he plays guitar and drums too.

OK, my gf lives in michigan and i'm in illinois, i dont know her phone number but she knows mine (but i just told her so she hasnt called me yet) we have been best friends since we were born (i'm 5 months older and my parents are friends with her grandparents, thats how we know each other) we see each other maybe 2-3 weeks a year :'( and we e-mail each other all the time, she doesnt have a computer so she doesnt usually get back to me very quickly.

My friend is being abused by her parents. Horribly so! She got her ears peirced and her mom went as far as to yank them out! But she can't get out until she's seventeen or she gets a gaurdian. What can she do to stop it now? Are there any other options? I want her safe and sound. She doesn't deserve it. She's a really great girl who loves life, but she's afraid to go home. I really need to know anything I can. P.s. I live in Texas if the laws are different.

I had sex on Dec. 15th, and Dec 20th. I got my period a week after that and it was early and light. 5 weeks later today I have lower back pains. frequent urination, and naseau ALL the time. Could I be pregnant?

I want to start eating healthier but I'm only 12 and my mom is almost against health food because she thinks it all tastes bad. She says that if something she makes is healthy on it's own, that is fine, but she won't try to be healthy on purpose. It isn't fair! I can't buy groceries for myself because I have no money. She says If I don't want to eat the unhealthy food I don'y have to, but it is all we have so my choice is to eat unhealthy food or not eat at all. To make matters worse she is constantly making cakes and puddinds and cookies and stuff. It isn't fair! And it is very confusing because almost every mom in the world would love it if their kid asked to eat healthier. What should I do?

Okay, so basically my issue is that I don't know if I'm pregnant or not and I think I might just be parranoid but I'm not sure.

The situation is that a few weeks back, before my boyfriend and I had sex so here's how it goes. We had genital contact, but he did not go inside of me, nor did he come that I know of on me...but I have been having some constipation now (3ish weeks from that) and sore/tender breasts. We also had sex the first time about 3 days ago, but I really don't think I would be pregnant from that because I wouldn't feel those symptoms yet, and we used condoms, and he pulled out before he came in the condom.
Now I don't know if I am just being paranoid or if I really am pregnant, or if its just because I'm supposed to (if I am not pregnant) get my period in a few days or what. Should I wait a few days to see if I get my period, or just tell him what is on my mind and get a pregnancy test? Am I just over-reacting?

She is 14 and haven’t spoken to her parents & 11 yr old sister for 1 yr & they don’t know why. Whenever her parents ask her, she say “nothing much. You wouldn’t understand.” She has never been abused or been in trouble. She is not pregnant or sexually active. She cooks & does laundry for herself when her parents aren’t home. She doesn’t need her parents to remind her to do her homework or wake up for school. She even have a weekend job & is in many afterschool activities. She can handle the workload while most 14 yr olds can't. Her parents are very concerned and cry all the time because they don’t know what’s going on. She is in 9th grade and gets all A’s mostly. Her teachers say she is very intelligent. She is not rude to anyone, including her parents. She has friends, plans to finish school and be a forensic scientist.

She is not my child but I know someone like her. What is going on? I don’t understand. What should parents with a child like her do?

ok so my bff had sex with her bf and he broke up with her the next day, and now every bodys sayin "oh gabriella is a ho, she slept with brad" but when a girl has sex she is labled as a ho and when a guy has sex everybody thinks it great and there is nothing wrong with it and other guys think its cool but they think the girl is a ho, its like a double standard and i dont understand. what do you think??

Today it was his shoes and german homework... yesterday a new coat and an oyster card... last week several items including english text books, smart card, locker key, blazer, ties, sports kit.. it goes on. All lost, mislaid, left somewhere. Any practical tips for reuniting a 13 year old boy with his memory...
