Well, be honest with both of them. You know what they say, you don't know what you got till it's gone. That's probably what happened. If you still have feelings for "Steve" then it's not fair to "Cesar". Be honest with your feelings. If you are really over "Steve" then let "Cesar" know. Honesty is the best policy.

If I were you I woud ask Caesar straight out what he is thinking. He is the only one that really knows for sure, anyone here on these boards can only guess. Tell him you notice that he is acting differently and that you are wondering what is going on. Be upfront tell him you noticed the change when Steve asked you out, and you would like to talk about it.

ceaser is probaly thinking that you might dump him for steve because he might have felt like a rebound... if you got over steve tell ceaser that but if you still like steve then your relationship with ceaser would not be very good because you're lying to him so its communication even if it sucks sometimes its better to be honest..
and i think steve is just jeolouse because you're dating now
