i was cleanin my sons room yesterday and wen i was makin his bed i dicovered a pacifier under his pillow and 3 wet urine patches....im really worried hes 18 ...


need advice

Decided to start giving our 4 1/2 month old son a bit of pureed food the other day, so we made him pureed potato and pureed sweet potato, he pulled funny faces to each of them at first, but this afternoon when i gave him sweet potato he was like a baby possessed arms in the air mouth wide open dieing for the next spoon full. it made us laugh so much but made us feel so good, just wanted to share it with you.

I don't want a kid, but my wife girlfriend does. I think it's a bad idea, because I see this kid growing up in a world facing destruction. Maniacs are all over the world, and the world is going mad. I personally see the end coming in a couple of years, but that's me. How do I convince her not to have a kid? I am already wishing my parents didn't have me, because I believe we're all dead in a couple of years, and I am facing a lot of danger myself.

when you found out you were pregnant? I haven't had my period in about 3 months now...and i took a pregnancy test the first month i was late on my period and it was neg. and also the second month and it was neg. i havent tried a test this month ... or is this just because i quit taking my birth control about 5 months ago.... however i have had my period after i quit taking my birth contorl but only 1 period. Should i be concerned or would i know by now if i was pregnant???

I have a really bad tooth ache. I went to the dentest yesterday and because I am pregnant he could not do x rays so he did not even look in my mouth.
I have tried orjel and that does nothing. It is my back wisdom tooth and it is causing so much pressure on my ear and killing it. Is there any suggestions on hot to help ease the pain?

My friend is concerned that her husband and his adopted daughter are behaving weird. The other day, this 17 year old came up to her father and was touching his nipples though his shirt. She freaked when her husband just thought this was funny?
She asked me what I thought and it freaked me out too. I don't think this is normal behaviour between a father and daughter. What do you think? This is just strange to me! I think he should have corrected her and why would she feel it was Ok to behave this way in the first place? Am I wrong here?

My baby, Arthur, has been like this since he was about 5 weeks old.

If he was laying on someone's lap or being held he would crane his neck to see the TV! When he's on his changing mat on the floor he'll turn his head and stare at it and if you put him in his rocky chair he'll sit looking at it for ages!

If he's crying and I turn the TV on he'll immediately quieten down and watch it.

I don't know what to do because I've read that its reall ybad for little ones to watch TV but I just can't distract him from it. anyone else experienced this? I don't want him to be a square eyed couch potato!

Ok I took one of the $1 test from Dollar General and it showed a very very faint line in the test window and a dark line in the control window. My husband says it my imagination, but I was told that no matter what shade the line is if it shows up chances are you are pregnant is this true? Has anyone else had a test do this with them?

MY husband has strep throat, and I am 38 weeks, dialated 2, could go into labor soon. I want him to be with me, and get to hold his son after he is born, Will they let him while he has strep? I may just be paronoid, seeing how I don't think I am in Labor yet.

On that point, is having period like cramps, normal right now? It's all in my back, not my stomach. My stomach doesn't feel like it is hard or contracting, just my back feels like I just started my period. Do you think it is the baby sitting on something??

I am 12 weeks pregnant, and I don't want to buy things RIGHT away but my mother in law thinks I shouldn't get ANYTHING until the baby is here, she says it is bad luck! ? so my question is - what do i bring my baby home to?

i'm curious about something. could u guys post yours child's weight, height, and age for me so i could compare

the reason i ask is because my son eats alot. and he's only 7 weeks old @ 23.3 inches tall and 14 lbs. on one hand it bothers me b/c i know he's too heavy for his age. and on the other hand it doesn't bother me b/c it just seems as if his weight is trying to keep up with his height. i've looked at charts and i do know that he is taller than most 8 week old babies and from looking at him he doesn't look as if he's already doubled his birth weight. his weight and height has him wearing 3/6M clothes already. opinions?

ps. his dad is 6'5" if that means anything

I've been feeling extremely nauseous--all day... off and on for about a week now. I'm two days late for my period but have not taken a test yet. Is it possible to be that nauseous before missing the first period?

I wasn't sick with my first at all so I really have nothing to base it on.

I had my period for 1 day. on that day i was clotting by the end. The clotting wasnt that bad so i know it wasnt like a miscarriage. I wasnt cramping at all and i usualy cramp badly.The next day i just spotted like twice. Could i be pregnant. is it something to worry about? Should i go to the doctor?
