when you found out you were pregnant? I haven't had my period in about 3 months now...and i took a pregnancy test the first month i was late on my period and it was neg. and also the second month and it was neg. i havent tried a test this month ... or is this just because i quit taking my birth control about 5 months ago.... however i have had my period after i quit taking my birth contorl but only 1 period. Should i be concerned or would i know by now if i was pregnant???

Since you were taking birth control and stopped, your body has to adjust to not having those hormones from the birth control. It is normal for your periods to be irregular right now. If you are concerned, you should see your physician as it could be due to something else. You would already know if you were pregnant and you are probably not, but you should consult your phyisican if you are not sure.

I found out when I was 4 1/2 weeks with an at home pregnancy test and had it confirmed by an obgyn the following day. The best thing would be for you to go to the doctor to find out because sometimes those at home test just are not right.

I actually knew something was up a day or two before my period was due. I had a huge surge of blood (like my period had started) and then nothing ... I'm pretty sure it was implantation bleeding now.
The period due date came and went...and then I took a test a few days later and it was positive.
I think your "weeks along" starts at the start date of your last period...so I guess technically I was 4-5 weeks along when I found out.

I knew after a few days. Very unlikely you are pregnant if you had two negatives already.
If this is your first you may not know all the signs of pregnancy. There are many free clinics to get a pregnancy test. Good luck
The pill will affect things.

when i went to the doctor at 6-7 weeks or so, i took a urine test that came out "mildy positive"
so he did a blood test, which came out 100% positive
so if you're 3 months, your should def. know by now

Go to the doctor just to be sure, but have you been under a lot of stress when you would have usually gotten your period? i've heard that can cuase a missed period too

If you are really worried, go to the doctor and see if they will give you an ultrasound- that will show up any babies you might be growing but it might very well be that this is due to coming off the pill.
