i am using playtex stage 1 bottles, do i have to switch to stage 2 nipples after 3 months, also can i use the same bottle but put stage 2 nipples or do i get the whole set of stage 2 bottles.
Also, how many ounces is normal for an infant to drink by 3 months?

my feet, ankles and lower legs are huge.. and so sore.
They have been like this since the week end just gone.
Anyone know why this could be, and what i can do to help them settle down?

i'm 40 weeks according to the date i thought i had my LPM. but i've been dilated for several weeks. at my last appointment i was dilated to a 2 and she said i was thinning. at that appt. she stripped my membranes and nothing. not one contraction. i walk, i eat spicy food, i take bumpy car rides and still no contractions. we go back tomorrow to have the stipping done again. (which is painful) any suggestions on what i can do to get this baby out!

my husband and i are expecting a little girl.... we've been unable to agree on names my entire pregnancy.
we both liked riley but couldn't agree on the spelling.
and one day he came up with rylan but then back to the same thing... we couldn't agree on the spelling. his name is ryan. so we were wanting to name her after him.
so we've played with the name rylan and i like the spelling rilyn. he likes rielyn. so i don't know. any suggestions?

I have this friend, shes in the 8th grade and she likes to hang out with a really bad crowd. She claims we're best friends and all, but recently she let this older guy touch her inappropriately TWICE! Do you think I should let her go as a friend, Help her out, or I don't know what else. I really don't want to be put in the same category as hoochy with her. I just can't look at her the same since she told me about the incident with her and this guy. Anyways, I really need help on this one. It's eating me up inside. Oh and btw my mom can't stand her! She thinks shes trashy and that shes too involved with guys...but my mom doesn't know about the old guy. Oh and my friend also has told me about making out with one of my other friend's boyfriend.

I'm 14 weeks pregnant. Earlier today I got into a really bad fight with my boyfriend (don't worry...no violence and we're fine now) but, it wasn't good because I'm so emotional. I was crying so hard (I couldn't stop for some reason) and I start hyperventilating and had an asthma attack. of course when that happened the fight instantly ended and he helped me get through it...but it lasted for a good 10 minutes. I know I'm pregnant and this SHOULDN'T have happened...but, it did....was it real bad for the baby? I'm worried and I want to get an ultrasound to make sure the baby is ok....is it worth it? Has this happened to you?

I was recently at the hospitol(Sunday) because of mild cramping and I didn't want to risk going to work on Monday and going into labor. I dilated from 1cm to 2cm, they sent me home but said they would probably see me in 1-2 weeks. They never said anything about my effacement etc....I'm worried about working normal full time hours at my job because it entails alot of heavy lifting but I also can't afford to take my maternity leave until I'm ready to give birth. Any suggestions as to how far effaced I am if the docs gave 1-2 weeks prediction at the hosp?

our 2 1/2 year old will not go to sleep unless we give him juice. this was fine when he just had a little in his cup before bed. however, it has turned into me getting up 3-4 times with him during the night on top of getting up with our baby! i am exhausted. i know it is my fault because i gave in and gave him something to drink. i just need to know if anyone has been through this and what you did that finally worked, he screamed and cried from 7-8 tonight and was back up at 9 and he is still going at it. it is 9:40. like i said before, i know it is my fault, but i need some tips before we lose it! thanks!

My son will be 7 next month.
When he was about 1 year old we stopped using birth control, to try to have a second child.
After 6 years of trying, nothing.
So, we got rid of the crib, bassinet, baby clothes, etc.

I hate hearing "so, when are you going to have #2?"
Or, "when are you going to give Joey a little brother or sister".

They don't understand the ups and downs over the last 5 years.

I am very thankful I have 1 perfect child.

if u read my last questions about these girls who are just so mean to me u will understand why im so angry 2day, ok so today me my friend drake and my bf were walkin home from skool and those 3 girls came bac(to beat me up). my bf told them 2 leave me alone and he walked me home, so later i went out to go walk my dog and there they were holdin sticks, i ran, they caught me, they beat me with the sticks and now my left wrist is broken, they are always so mean to me and i want revenge BIG TIME, i mean scaring them for the rest of their school career!!! (read my last question, it'll explain what they do to me on a regular basis) i want something to humiliate them really bad, somethin worse then puttin nair in their conditioner bottels, something that when they look back on it they just wanna go cry in a corner, so please help me!!! =}

I have decided to try the Ferber Method with my 3 month old and am looking for feedback from people who have tried it with a baby close to that age. Thanks..but I am not looking for feedback about other sleep strategies...I have tried "The Baby Whisperer" and several other strategies and nothing has worked.

It seems like ever since I have been pregnant, i keep swelling up randomly. Mostly in my lips but it has happened on my wrist once. The other day I woke up and my bottom lip was swollen and warm and today after I ate some broccoli cheddar soup and chili it was swollen. i drank gatorade but i dont think that could be it. i know what foods im allergic to and I always avoid them. I even have like 4 cold sores in my mouth. Can it be food or is it makeup or what? Has this happened to anyone else?

Hello my name is Holly and I have been clamped for over a year and do you think I am pregnant these are some of the signs that I am having.
1)Bathroom break every 10-15mins
2)Sore breast
3)constipation
4)Delayed period and not a normal flow like usual and less days
5)Lower back pain
6)Dizzness
7)Tiredness
8)Mood Change
Well that is most of them anyway hope that someone can help me out that is for sure. Thanks everyone keep me posted please.
