The best thing I can tell you is don't try too hard, and try not to stress too much. My husband and I tried too hard the first two months, then backed off on the sex. Pay attention to ovulation signs, too (such as a slight pain on one side, which I had), and have sex then. I know people are always saying "relax, it'll happen", but there is some grain of truth to it. Also, don't worry if semen leaks out. Sperm will still get to where they need to go.

look up one of the conception calculators on baby websites. it will show you when your are fertile and the day you are very fertile. around those days, have sex as much as you can. try doing it doggy style and have your partner behind you. this deposits the sperm closer and gives you a better chance of getting pregnant. afterwards, lay down and keep your pelvis up so none of it leaks out. like the other answer said though, dont wait longer than 30 minutes to pee or else youll get an infection. and those can suck big time!!

No Joke. Both times I got pregnant. I had just decided to wait a while before having a baby. We tried and tried. Stopped trying and 2 weeks later found out that I was 6 weeks. I think the stress levels have something to do with it.

Nothing you can do...pregnancy happens when it's destined to happen. I spent a whole year trying, eating healthy, following all methods that increase possibilities etc etc. I then went to the doc. who prescribed Clomid, but thankfully I did not have to take it because I turned out to be pregnant...just like this, after a whole year and without any help.

take folic acid its what you take while your pregnant too to help keep baby healthy it gets your body ready and it supports brain development which it great bc the time you need to do it is in the first 2-4 weeks and at that point many have just relized they are pregnant and its too late

be in a downward slanting position so that the sperm has a better fighting chance.
eat well, dont drink or smoke and it will happen.
if it does not maybe the man needs to have his sperm count checked.the women always believe it is their fault.

Hi-
If you know when you ovulate that means you don't have to worry about basal temperatures. No sex for about 4 days before ovulation- tell hub no self inducing either. After intercourse- lie in bed with your hips slightly elevated on pillows for 30 minutes.
Good luck with everything.

I heard "missionary position" work best. You may put your legs around his waist or on a pillow for elevation. I heard it's best when you're on the bottom.

Also women who don't expect to get pregnant get pregnant quicker, it seems.

have sex as many times a day in those 5 or 6 days that you can and each time put a pillow under your hips afterward don't go pee for atleast 30 minutes but no longer because you might get a bladder infection
