He wants us to take him to a nascar racing. He can't sit still! He says he wants to go, he is a 3 year old. Im his godmother. My aunt wants to take him in the summer. I've never been to a nascar race. The little boy can watch it on t.v when they pass it! He loves cars! It would be a new experience for all of us. That's what he wants for his birthday..Will it be a great idea?. Can a kid actually sit there and watch it...

Why is it when we dont want to get pregnant we DO, and when we do, we DONT? I wasn't on the pill for over a year in 2004/5 and my boyfriend and I were very sexually active but never got pregnant, and then when we split up I fell pregnant :( but I didnt feel I was in the right situation to have the baby as there was a lot of problems between us. Now, I have been off the pill for 4 Months and can't get pregnant.....

Just wondering my doctor is just about to start me on Clomid in a few months. I have ready all the books and I am losing weight, stopped drinking caffine, And also quite smoking. (Oh by the way I have PCOS) . The doctor is going to have me try for 2 more months to do it natraully and then if that does not work she is going to put me on clomid. I have done everything possible to do it natraully. I have used the ovualtion prediction kits and layed on my back after sex with my hips up. I am starting to get very frustrated becuase nothing seems to be working and I am worried that taking the clomid will not work either. Any more suggestions..... ?

Morning... I just came off my period today, my periods are quite irregular and I did an ovulation test today, them little strip ones and its got the control like and the test line is showing too which means positive. How do they work and how accurate are they? As just coming off my period today, but I have had 2 periods in the space of 4 weeks.

My son is 27 months old, and in the process of potty training. My problem is this....no matter how consistant I am, he will do marvelous (staying dry all day, even nap times, even doing #2 in the potty...even stays dry during naps.) for about three or four days,and then he will have about two days, where he REFUSES to use the potty. Then he will go three or four more days on the potty. I am a young(22) single mother with sole custody. My mother helps me with him alot, and even she said that none of the other kids in the family did like that. What am I doing wrong, or what should I do differantly? I know all kids develope this skill at differant paces, but im at a loss as to why the gap. Could he just be stubborn? Also, with a house full of females(myself, my mother, and my sister) my son wants to sit down to pee alot of the time. He just recently, after a visit to my brothers house, discovered standing up to pee.....how do i encourage the standing up?

i have a 6 day old baby at home, she was born by c section at 38 weeks, she would not suck on a bottle when born and i am unable to breast feed. so we had to stay in hospital till yesterday as she was loosing weight fast (i know babies loose weight but day after birth lost 20 then next day 60) (only 5lb 2ozat birth) so she had to be tube fed through her nose, over the weekend she gained weight and took to a bottle and had a reg feeding pattern. BUT last night whilst at home her pattern changed and she not drinking what she should (sometimes more, sometimes less) and today she screaming for a bottle but when offered she holds in her mouth and bites the teet ,not suck, now she has tired herself out and gone to sleep, missing another feed. Midwife is due out today but i dont want her to think i cant cope. PLEASE PLEASE HELP as i dont want her back on the tube. how can i get her to suck and take reg feeds without making herself too tired to then take it?. x

My last period began on Oct.27.I had absolutely no period or spotting during Nov. My husband only ejaculated inside of me on Nov.27 and Dec.2. I am usually irregular with my periods to where they often come 1-3 weeks late. I was also told by my OBGYN that I take longer than usual to ovulate.I took a pregnancy test on Dec.10, and it showed no results making the test innaccurate.I took another one the following day (from the same box) and that one was negative.I took another test on Dec.16, and that one,along the the other 2 that followed,were all 3 positive.I had a miscarriage about 5 years ago, so I requested an immediate ultrasound to make sure everything was okay this time.Unfortunately, they found nothing but cysts and my uterus seemed to be growing.My pregnancy test was positive again w/ the Dc though.The DC. suggested I may be less than 7 weeks due to my irragularity, & thats why they can't see anything yet. How far along am I then & should I be concerned about the cysts?

I was wondering if a person who thinks they are pregnant could possibly feel something that they think is fetal movement? I know this sounds stupid... but i can tell a big difference between gas and fetal movement. could that possibly happen? I have heard of the pyschological pregnancy...does this happen?
