Wow, this question comes all the way from INDIA! That's crazy! Considering I'm in New Orleans, LA in the USA... the Internet is an amazing place! Anyways, onto your question- Here, in the USA, they have condom machines in bus station bathrooms. You can also see what a condom looks like at the websites I included in this answer. A condom pretty much looks like a long, skinny, stretchy tube. Not much to see.
Oh and by the way, 16 is old enough to see a condom, you just want to see what it looks like... no harm there!

Write Kohinoor condoms and give it to shopkeeper who is far away from your locality. If he asks why you want that, tell that your elder brother asked for it and you don't know what is written there. However it is nothing that important, it only a latex (rubber) tube that covers the penis so that the sperms are not allowed to enter the female sex organ, this controls the birth.

NO u should not buy a condom because u r small and should not concentrate ur mind these things which r not meant for u it's for the older people not for a 16 yrs old child not a child .Ok so please donot try to buy it.If u will buy then u r in a serious trouble.

If you do not want to be stared at why don't you buy online. Just hope that your parents don't open your mail. Send an email to you local shire office (I don't know if you have a shire office in India or send a message to your tourist centre and ask them if they know where any veding machines are.

Why don't you go out of your area to buy them or perhaps order them online, go to a family planning clinic, they at least shouldn't ask questions about your interest in condoms

You can purchase them from Big Bazaar or Subhiksha or similar stores. Yes, the people in shop will do stare a bit at you but they won't refuse you .

you can get visuals on the internet, look it up! Or ask your teacher in the school and tell her you want to see it, after all you are a young adult, and there is not harm in knowing how it looks. Are you planning something else????

Why do you want to see one anyway? If you are sexually active aleast you ae responible enough to tell your parents that you want condoms so you can be on the safe side.
