When you have to give samples at the docs.....?

... you get a pot with a red top and a pot with a white top, what goes in what please? I've forgotten

urine goes in both. The tops tell the nurse what the sample is for. As far as I am aware, a white top is for the GP use and the one with the red top gets sent away for analysis.
