The only difference between them is 3 years.
Experience is relative. Like the guy in front of me said. Age doesn't mean a much when you're talking about maturity. It's all about their experiences, their choices, how they handle themselves, their outlook, etc. You did't give us enough info.

Not much at that point - unless the older one has some post-secondary education under her belt or more experience working out in the real world. Bigger differences come at 25-26.

Totally depends on the girl dude.
There are 45 year old women who aren't as mature as some 18 year olds I've known (and when I say mature, I mean socially). Just get to know them and don't assume anything based on age.

At 19, u are a ''teenager'' while at 22, u are not.
& I think u very well know the mental thinking of a teenager and an adult.
