i'm 25 & about to start iui as i have polycystic ovaries and my husband had chemo which lowered his sperm count. i'm desperate for a baby, please tell me of your experiences. thank you

well, u have my sypathies for the chemo part. wish him good recovery. yes, u can retrieve sperm and keep them in sperm bank. IUI works with a success rate upto 20%. u may need 3-6 cycles to get pregnant. you will need to be evaluated for any other infertility factor. u may consider laparo-hysteroscopy with ovarian drilling. keep going.
