i feel the baby moving around , but im worried because i have stomach pains that have been going on all day long...could what im feeling be the baby moving alot more than usual?? as in maybe im not used to the feeling yet...(over the weekend i felt the 1st real kick...it was soo cool!!) what does a contraction feel like? would i know it immediately? would i still be able to hold a conversation??? should i just wait my stomach ache out??? ive taken a tums...i feel somewhat nasous too, should i go throw up & see if that makes me feel better? i have a cold...& the stomach flu has been goign around my house...advise please...i dont want to worry about nothing...but i dont want to not worry when i should...

I have been trying for a 2nd child for 2 1/2 years and nothin has happened i have bought ovulation kits and doing it at the right time.When i gave birth to my son(who is 3) i teared bad and had to go to theatre to be stitched becuase i had teared up into my cervix and in my bottom after which i got an infection.Do you think it could be this(maybe scar tissue in the way!) thats stoppping me gettin pregnant! i know it sounds mad but i'm embaressed to get checked by my doc.

im only 16 and i have twin girls who are 2 in half and my boyfriend who is not the twins father want to have a baby. i mean hes has been a great father to the twin he even wants to adopt them but im a junior and i want to go to college but not with 3 kids

A lot of people disagree with women having children while they are in their late teens (18/19) and early 20's. Why? If the woman can take care of a child financially, emotionally, and physically, why shouldn't she? I don't know how many people have told me that my life is ruined because I had my children while I was young. If you aren't the party-type, what are you really missing out on? As far as traveling, not everyone likes to travel. Is there any reason a woman should feel the need to wait to have children if having a family is what she wants more than anything else?

Did you experience different symptoms at the beginning of each of your pregnancies? With my daughter, I had frequent urination, very sore breasts, and extreme fatigue before my period was even due. I am TTC and I had sex on my fertile days this month, and my period is due this weekend. So far the only symptoms I have had have been very sore nipples, gas, and extreme lightheadedness. I have not had any of the urination or the fatigue yet. My nipples have been sore since last week and now my breasts are starting to get sore but nothing like when I was pregnant with my daughter and the urination is no where close to the same. How was it for you?

Ok im always late for school!! I always get up late what can I do??
I have my alarm set but It just goes off untill my mom turns it off!! Right now im trying to get up eairler slowly... Like Insted of 8 755 for a few days then insted of 755 750 for a few days then insted of 750 745......... any other sugestions!!

I like the multigenderal names, like Taylor, Erin,etc. Also give me lists of female/male names. We have 1 son and 2 girls now. Names taken are:
Blaine (HUBBY)
Olivia (me)
James (son)
Emma (daughter)
Madison(Daughter)
Middle names aswell if desired. James and Blaine don't have middle names. But Emma's middle name is Gweneviere and Madison's is Hanna. Mine is Erin.

After switching from disposable diapers to cloth diapers, I've noticed after mutiple washings, the cloth isn't as soft as when the diapers were new. I use regular laundry detergent with vinegar in the rinse cycle, yet the diapers aren't as soft as when they were new. I open for suggestings on how to keep the gauze cloth soft and absorbant.

but I do have breast soreness..... ( nothing different than the typical period soreness)..., I've had a headache all week..... I am tired.... ( but I'm just passing it off with being very busy at work)...but the one thing I am concerned about is.... I used the bathroom this morning.... and it had a distinct odor.... ( somewhat like....... the way your urine would smell if you where taking vitamins).....but I am not taking vitamins... only folic acid. Is that one of the signs of being pregnant !!!!

I know of a mother who had no patience for teaching her daughter how to do practical things that every other parent teaches their kids and she never ever allowed her to figure things out on her own - her mother insisted on doing EVERYTHING for her and never let her have responsibility at all. She was an only child - no pets, no friends, only her mother. Now she's about 15...the poor girl can't even use a can opener or hold a puppy without freaking out. She lacks judgement and is pretty dependent on others to help her with practical things. Do you think a WAY sheltered upbringing can cause this?

My partner and I are both pre-op transexuals. We have discussed our sexuality with numerous children, and they all seem very understanding. However, we're afraid of a backlash from the adult non-transgendered community if we adopt some of the kids who come over to our place to "party."
