Ok.. how much would you pay a 17 almost 18 yr old girl who has had prior experience babysitting a baby? and why should it depend on how much you can afford? it's a job that needs to be done.. one way or the other it needs to be paid for. if somebody can't afford to pay so much for something they shouldn't just get a discount because they can't afford it. am i right in this thinking?

I would have to say 10$/perH. Since a 3 month ol baby is much more work then toddlers. For a baby, you have to change it,feed it, care for it, ect.. Plus the parents are depending on you.
*I would never get a babysitter to watch my 3 month old baby.lol

a far price to pay a babysitter is between 8 to 10 dollars depending on your income and what you can afford. With a 3 month old baby you want them to really take care of your child. There are alot of thing they have to do feed the baby etc...it also depends on the age of the babysitter.

I think it depends on their experience level... I paid our babysitter $30.00 for 6 hours, 40.00 for 8... to watch our son, which works out to only $5.00 an hour... but she had no prior experience, and was watching him in her home with her children at the same time. If we were to hire a full time in home babysitter, I would probably pay $50.00 for an 8 hour day.

$10 and up. Depend what State though as well. States like new York or California probably about $20. In such as Ohio, Pensilvania no more then $15. But it's totally your decision.
