PPL aare telling me that I should leave and that I really didn't have a baby and lost it on the way to the hospital. I didn't relize that I said I live alone I meant I'm alone at home. So whats your opinion should I leave or not?

You know, if you want to leave, I understand. But if you want to stay, you will have to get used to the fact that some people will assume you are lying mostly because they have told so many lies themselves that anything unusual sounds like a lie to them.
I, on the other hand, figure it is worthwhile to assume people are not lying, and answer accordingly. If they are lying, maybe someone else would still benefit from the answer, even if the asker is only laughing.

You know, There are loads of people on Yahoo answers asking questions to get help, they need advice, they really need to have people giving them opinions. Here on pregnancy and parenting, there are people that are very serious and need this space to be helped. There are people here that have lost their babies, women that cannot get pregnant, women that are pregnant and have problems, people that are really living serious things and also very happy things. You have got no idea of that. If you want to play and be silly do it somewhere else, cause you're not helping, you're making people waste their time, you have got no idea of what others are going through and you have no respect what so ever, so please LEAVE!!! Whenever you really need to ask advice them.

Leave where??? Also... how did you lose it on the way to the hospital if you were 8 months along?? Then you would have had a stillborn or you would have had a baby that later died. I don't understand you.
