Do you have to cramp and bleed heavily for a miscarriage to occur?

not all the time. But you have to look for different signs that your body isnt accepting the baby. (red blotches, severe itching all over your body..the only reason i know was because it happened to a friend of mine. she didnt even know until her dr. visit) so anything out of the ordinary, keep an eye on.

I miscarried 3 times before having my son and I never had any cramping (Except after passing the fetal tissue with the first pregnancy) I only had spotting.

no you do not have to have heavy bleeding nor cramping. When I had mine I had only spotted although I was EARLY in the pregnancy 3 weeks.

nope nope. may be spotting only. especially during the early stage of pregnancy.

no i dont think you do....my dads aunty didnt she didnt know she had miscarried..i recommend asking your doctor
