I have a 3 1/2 yr old who got soap in her eyes a couple weeks ago and now refuses to bathe because she's scared the bubbles will get in her eyes again. I have tried putting toys in there for her, giving her swim goggles..nothing works. If she does get in the tub she starts screaming at the top of her lungs and I cant even try to wash her hair..any suggestions?

asked me to have them checked out by the doctor? Other than an ear infection, which he doesn't have what else might it be??? Have you had this problem before? He's 4. Every time his ears go under he panics!?? Should I get him plugs??

Breast feeding was going well for the first two months until I had to back to school at nights and was away from son for 6 hours without being able to pump or feed him. I slowly had to start supplementing him with formula when I noticed he had emptied the breasts and was still hungry. Now my milk supply is almost completely gone (he's almost 6 mos old) but school is almost over . Is it possible to get it back to what is was or should I just give up? It hurts to try to feed him often when there is no milk in there because he tugs and pulls on the breasts. I drink water often and feed him as soon as I feel milk let down because otherwise he just gets upset that nothing comes out. I also think when I had a blocked duct it caused my milk supply to drop.

I purchased a 07' ford focus which has a seemingly cheep interior. I was wanting to find a seat cover for my backseat to keep my baby from ruining the fabric. I thought about just using a blanket but thought there might be a better solution. Any ideas.

I have a 17 mo old daughter. She does not listen when we say no if she touches something she shouldn't, throws a toy b/c she's frustrated. My dh seems to be able to use his voice to make her understand but then sometimes she repeats the bad behavior. I know she's testing us but at 17 mo. - does she really understand we are trying to correct this and that she's doing something wrong? if so, why does she keep repeating these behaviors. Any suggestions of how to handle this. Anyone, please??

Sunday night my GF and I had unprotected sex, but I did not ejaculate. Tuesday she took Plan B. Tonight we had sex but the condom broke, can anyone tell me if the Plan B would still be in her system? Thanks a bunch.

I am in so much pain and I know I should go to the doctor but I can't bare to hear anymore bad news. I went to the doctor and said I was having seizures and they put me on a six month waiting list to find out why. Now, here I am crying because I can barely move and I'm scared. I'm scared that the hospital wont do anything to help me. I'm scared that they will judge me because I am 19 and this is my 3rd pregnancy and I only have one baby. I just don't know what to do. I'm terrified beyond belief and the hospital closest doesn't have the best care for pregnant people. What if they say your not pregnant or what if they say its something serious. I just don't know how much more I can take. There's no real question here so I may be reported I just need advice and support for this question. I will be going to the hopsital soon if someone answers my calls. :-(

Here's the thing, any time I am around a pregnant woman I get severe sympathy pains. I know my fake pain isn't nearly what they are going through, and I am not even considering comparing the two. I am not responsible for anyone being in that situation fortunately, and can only imagine what it would be like to have one of my own.

I pronounce the name Kyra, K-eye-ra, and I know several people with the same name and they pronounce it like that too. But I have seen a lot of TV shows such as Reba and they pronounce it Kera. Kyra Sedgwick name is also pronounced like that. I was just wondering what other people think about how this name is pronounced.

Ok me and my husband just got married and we moved in together! He lived in a dorm room so he really didnt have anything! And I lived with friends and everything I was using like there couch belonged to them! The only two peices of furnature we have is our bed! and a kitchen table no chairs just a table! Well we found out we were pregnant and I've been trying to slowy get things! I have a crib a changing table and a dresser and a few out fits when I say a few I mean like 3! I am due in 2 months and I am going nuts trying to figure out how we are going to buy all of this stuff plus pay rent! also we have to get a car before the baby is born because our truck right now doesnt have back seats! Any advice?

We already have a five year old daughter. Shes 24, i am 27 years. We have been trying for along time, to have another child, but a few years ago, i took a sperm test, and it said i was low, is there away i can increase it so i can get her pregnant, she is really upset that she isnt getting pregnant, and adoption is out of the question.
