We already have a five year old daughter. Shes 24, i am 27 years. We have been trying for along time, to have another child, but a few years ago, i took a sperm test, and it said i was low, is there away i can increase it so i can get her pregnant, she is really upset that she isnt getting pregnant, and adoption is out of the question. My daughter askes us , when am i going to have a brother or sister, and its sad, i dont know what to say. I Just want to have a child. so let me know fi there is a chance i can increase.

This is going to sound weird, but ... don't have sex, don't masturbate. Don't do anything that will cause you to ejaculate. Drink caffeinated drinks (unless otherwise directed by your doctor). Caffeine speeds up your little guys.
Anyway, let your sperm build up for a little while, like one to two weeks. Then, have a good love-making session with your wife. The built up sperm + the built up pressure from the need to ejaculate + the caffeine = a baby.
Also, she may need to take some fertility meds, too.
Cut down on Mountain Dew, if you drink it.

I am not a doctor, so I wouldn't know how to up the sperm count. All I can say is see a doctor or just get more active:) Not trying to make light of the situation, I commend you for coming online to ask for help. My prayers are with you! Good Luck!

Try to find out when your wife ovulates and go at it then, if you go to the gym don't ride the bikes the friction from the seat lowers your sperm count. Good luck

You may already do this, but wearing boxer shorts instead of jockeys is supposed to help. Also, if you have a hot tub, don't use it. The heat can impair or kill the sperm.

they say withholding from sex for a number of days say 3 try just prior to your wife's fertile time should be just prior to her period
then you should both be at most fertile state

dont wear tight undies let them breath stay away from smokes and other drugs

don't if there are drugs that can increase sperm count, but you can give a sperm sample, the doctor can check it out, they can be infused in you wife's oviducts.

one thing you can try is iui(intrauterine insemination), it's less invasive than invitrofertilization. it's where they take your sperm and inject it into your wife at the precise moment she is ovulating. you should really see your wifes ob about this. it would be really helpful to you and your wife. my brother and his wife had the same prob and it worked for them.
