My 2 week old likes to sleep and sometimes sleeps past the recommended 3 hour feeding schedule. When she does wake up, of course she is hungry and gulps down the bottle and ends up making herself sick. What are your opinons on actually waking the baby up to feed her, or should I just let her sleep and wake up on her own?

I have had no period this month at all. I am not due for another period until the 8th of November. Now, my husband is wanting me to wait to test. I have an appointment for the 7th of November. I have been having some symptoms of Pregnacy. Also my Daddy recently had a dream about fishes. As the old folks say that if you dream of fishes someone you know is pregnant or is gonna get pregnant. My mom had the dream in July. I was wondering if I really could be pregnant. My last period was on the 8th of September. I really want to be pregnant and I am praying that I am. Please Help and let me now If in fact I could Possibly be Pregnant.

This lady is 71 and very disabled. Her bunglow is a death trap!!! Its TOO small. I known her for a long time now and shes had a number of floods because she hasnt got a fitted bath. Her kichen is right by her front door with her livingroom behind that. Now my main worry is, in a case of a fire how will she get out!!!! She has got a back door but it will take her about 10 minutes on a good day to get out of it. And when she does get out, there is a alley way but the payement is not level and very narrow she would trip!! I have look on the internet for some laws with olderly people in bunglows but nothing helped me. I NEED to know if there is anythink i could do to get her moved to a saver place, to a place where she can have a bath without causing a flood. PLEASE HELP ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE HELPFUL!!!!

My son is three and I share custody of my son with his father. He has him two days a week. When he comes back from his dads he whines about everything. Also my daycare lady says he is the best child there. He never whines, cries and listenes to everything she says. My son even tells me he acts so much better at daycare. I've tried everything. Please give me some suggestions.

I am currently 11 weeks as of tomorrow. I have my 12 week appointment with my doctor next week. Should I hear my babies heart beat then? Should I be concerned if I don't?

I am overweight will this may a difference in the ability to hear the baby's heartbeat?

The weird thing is that I haven't gained any weight (maybe 1 pound) and have been eating less and healthier than I did before. I'm 5'2" and weigh 122 lbs. I'm 34 and during my first pregnancy at 24 I didn't look pregnant until I was atleast 3 months along and then it was hardly noticable. I don't know why this one is so different. I've tried to find some information on it, but haven't had any luck. Any ideas?

My fiancee and I both love children, and want them very much. He is sterile, so we would have to use artificial insemenation or in-vitro fertilization. Adoption is also a possibility, though I'd like to be pregnant someday.

One complication keeps arising- I don't think I want any male children. I don't understand boys; I have no idea where they're coming from. They're not cute, they're messy, they get in far more trouble, etc. I love girl children, and can hardly wait to have my own little girl. Girls are cute, and far more easily understood. Being a girl, I think I could raise a girl better than I could raise a boy. I find nothing appealling in boy children, and wouldn't like to have to suffer for nine months to produce one. My fiancee wants boys as well as girls, and I just don't know how to tell him about my feelings. It's not fair for me to doom him to a lifetime of no boy children, but I don't know how I would deal with a son.

I've been really sick l8ly. I've read some of the signs of pregnancy, but i just don't know if it's too early to tell. I've been vomitting, very tired, discharge, i can't smell any type of food. I really have no desire to eat, but im really hungry. My fiancee's family think i am, im just no sure. One of my aunts said that her tests didn't come out + until she was like 2 months, and that's in her pee and blood. Can that run in the family as it being to hard to tell??? Thanks

ands two weeks later I also found out I was going to have a baby, well, I had a miscarraige at 11wks. She just gave birth to her son a few days ago. I guess my question is, am I evil for not being completely happy for her? And feeling like (even though I know she isnt) shes rubbing it in that her pregnancy didnt end?
How can I deal with this and not seem cold and heartless?
